What do you think will happen to Kansai city after its Execution Division collapses ?

Since all of the Kansai Citizens have lost faith in Execution Division after Swindler's execution video spread, so I'm assuming if Execution Division collapses.

It could be a massacre on both fronts. From what I've seen from the top brass, including the director, I doubt they'd stand idly as people revolt. Probably heavy casualties on both fronts.

I think people killed all the executioners and then they will handle this city by their own.
