does ergo proxy have a manga? or is it just anime?

hey i found ergo proxy related manga online. and actually started reading them, but like, is it cannon? is it different then the anime or what? can someone explain im just really confused.

He’s right there is a manga but it’s like OVA it’s canon but not like a sequel or prequel it’s more like a midquel

yes, what if i just read the ova manga? like, does it have an ending that i'll be like "ok that was enjoyable." or is it more like, "if watched and liked the anime you'll like the ova too"
im not in a mood to watch anime lol and i'm at the 6th chapter out of 10. so..

It’s actualy a side story of a main caracter so i recommend you to watch it. it’s worth it belive me😌
