One of the better episodes!

Does a Android have the right to at least have its memory preserve?

So we get a new villain. Alan. I want to see who RD really is. Is it Dorothy, Angel or something completely new?

Roger Smith is too casual / too often he is all around dense (stupid even considering he's supposed to be the No 1 Negotiator in a Ruthless City).

How does he think it's okay to have such a precious exchange so exposed and out in the open (and millitary police senior officer Dastun doesn't have men on even 1 of the surrounding buildings. The makers of the show have the characters be conveniently naive and stupid to make some of their plot devices work.

The time filling flashbacks of scenes we've already seen from the 1st cour may have been okay back in the day. In the current age of streaming video and the ability to watch episodes back to back it's lazy writing. This weeks robot menace was better animated than most ... but meaningless.
