| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Maruko really liked that umbrella, but after feeling foolish for bringing it to school during sunny days, she ended up leaving it home on a day where it actually rained, which was unfortunate. I like umbrellas, and I'd use one even more often if we didn't get so much wind in my area. Maruko wouldn't get in that pool back in kindergarten, because everyone was in their underwear, and then took all their clothes off, lol. |

| I really enjoyed these episodes.The message of the pool episode was great. I hated doing the frog dance as a child. The umbrella part I remember seeing 22 years ago and aged well. Children can be so stubborn. |
