is the rainbow council supposed to be a parallel to nato or the united nations?

Rainbow Council of the International Peace Keeping Forces actions and descriptions really does seem a lot like ether the U.N or Nato.

its even more telling later on with the diversity quotas and the guise of expansionist relabeled as protection,
and the society where everything that is seemed useless or damaging to the environment is banned,

and the rainbow council has military bases all across the world, and countries are made reliant on the rainbow council basicly forcing them to work with them like nato and pressured into becoming soldiers or supporting the international peace keeping organizations.

and people who don't support every conflict the international peace keepers of the rainbow council are demonized (like the islander people) and mindlessly hated for not joining a war, just like how the west treated india staying neutral in the ukraine russian war etc.

and how people keep over exaggerating their deaths and constantly hosting millions of events and funerals for just the death of a single soldier or so basicly screams like the way the US treats its soldiers while also not caring about the enemies. spreading huge amount of propaganda about no.5 like how hes some terrorist or whatever or a massive threat on a global scale when in reality he has basically done nothing aside from taking out the rainbow council and military. they have exaggerated commercials preaching how they are all about justice liberty and diversity constantly etc and keep spreading propaganda that they are basically like avenger heros. to protect the world from something, although that "something" has yet to be seen in this.

there are far more parallels but im seriously surprised and don't want to write them all out as it would take too much time

also in the case of no.6's arc for example/

the peace keeping corp is corrupt as hell, not giving a damn what happens to anywhere outside cities and you have people literally being warlords often being sponsored by them in power doing whatever they want including killing people and the "peacekeeping corps" basically don't really care unless it directly threatens their power. focusing on media propaganda and stoping uprisings.

sometimes the rainbow corps would cause more trouble by getting involved escalating a conflict etc. its even more similar to nato.

also
the story makes it kinda clear  that the rainbow council is just a figure head for the military industrial complex and aren't supposed to be their to keep peace at all

the cbr article says it pretty well.

https://www.cbr.com/no-5-vol-1-taiyo-matsumoto-review/

"The superheroes submit to the same wealthy elite who destroyed the world in the first place, and their "heroism" ultimately makes little difference in ordinary people's lives."

oh and slight spoilers but.

reading the whole flash back arc about viktor and yuri.

where viktor(old no.2) takes the same stance as the us industrial military complex and attempts to strong arm their way through all conflicts, unlike mike (no.1) who wants to have dialogue and negotiate peace.
he goes and massacres a bunch of child soldiers and proceeds to nag the military to increase their spending and expands more, inspiring more fear and hatred ironically inciting more and more terrorists.

similar to the american reaction to osama bin ladin and causing even more conflicts in the middle east in the process.

this is just absolutely insane how much of a red pill this is about our world.
