As you already know as a Re:Zero fan, this thing will take a while to get any other adaptation, and since the web novel translations are free i want to get a shot at them.
But i don't know where to start with, is it even a good way to expirience the story? Cause i know that the anime takes things from the light novel, and usually some story beats change between light and web novels, anyhow, can anyone help me with this?

Always keep in mind that;
Web Novels are more like drafts of the overall story, usually they're riddled with many half-baked aspects, elements.

Then, if any publisher sees some potential in that passion project (web novels are more like passion projects in my eyes) they offer the web novel creator to evolve (yeah, like Pokémon :) it to light novel, in doing so they overhaul the weak aspects, elements of the novel and publishes as an enhanced/complete one.

That's why anime always adapts light novel versions, even though light novel's origin comes from web novels.

Well, my answer to your question would be;
you can read its web novel but if you must choose between them, you should choose the light novel.
I guess you don't have a way to access it's light novel, if that's the case, of course you can read the web novel.

You can read the light novels till the twentieth one then you can keep reading with web novels.
Some things may be changed in light novels I don’t want to give spoilers so always read the notes before starting a chapter, it will say what has been changed in the official storyline so be mindful of that and don’t get surprised later. Also I recommend you to read side stories too they complete the story imo

If i had the choise i would go for the LNs, but they are really expensive and not really common here, and i think they are pretty behind with the translations, so for now at least the WN are my go to, my main question is, where should i start reading the WN as a guy who whatched both S1 and S2 of the anime, but who knows, maybe in the future i will get all of the Re:Zero LNs.

Okay, I got it, you're asking where you should read after season 2 in web novel.
After researching on the internet, it seems you can start reading it in arc 5, season 2 of anime covered arc 4, so you can go right in the arc 5.
But beware there are some missed and cut contents in the arc 4 if you don't want to miss them you can start from arc 4.
You can find the translations on the witch cult translations site.
