Personally, I consider it a normal harem, but it depends on what you think makes a harem a harem. Is it a male surrounded with people that like him, or a person (male or female) surrounded by girls that like them?

It's a Yuri Harem. Also I think it's a regular harem because harems are to do with having a bunch of girls around you whereas reverse harems are guys.

Is it a "harem" because all the love interests are girls, or because the MC is a boy? They're all technically just harems regardless of setup. The reason you'd add a descriptor like "yuri" or "reverse" is to better inform someone of the setup in question.

Not MagiRevo, but any story where it's a girl collecting girls is a yuri harem ("She Gets Girls Everyday" and "I Won't Sleep With You For Free" are examples of yuri harems)

I don't believe the definition of "harem" should be rigid enough to only apply to a central male, it's the girls that actually matter.

"Harem" is when a dude is surrounded by girls,
"Reverse Harem" is a girl surrounded by guys,
so this anime is a "Yuri" anime, as in girls love.
so I'd refer to it as a "Yuri Harem"

so
