| This is kinda like Rent a Girlfriend season 2. When S1 first aired, everyone was talking about it, but when S2 came out, nobody really cares. |

| I paid Star+ so that is not a problem for me. It's because it's really dull and there are so many characters and it's hard to remember their names week by week. |

I love this mc as he’s not overpowered or needs a short cut like other mcs to reach full power. He’s the true under dog and if we were him we would be crying a lot too. It portrays grief and his mentality with what he goes through well. Also if people did there research before hating, this anime is actually realistic. Ken Wakui shows what delinquency is like and yea there are biker gangs like that, especially in my country, also the parents are realistic in this show as in gang culture family members are never home or are either broken families or don’t care about there siblings. The author Ken Wakui gives elements of his life in this anime as he’s an ex gang member and he made Draken a bit like himself. I love his vision and what he does with this anime . I’m currently reading the manga a third time and this arc is amazing and it’s a great character development arc for Takamechi for even bigger things ahead. I absolutely agree with you. I also like the series so much! Plan to read the manga next. |

Because people started reading the manga after season 1 ended and realized how bad the story gets. Amateur hour writing, just throwing out new characters after another and pretending they were always central to the plot. It's difficult to enjoy season 2, when you know everything happening is pointless because the author decides he can grow his audience by moving the story towards gatcha occult powers. |

| Season 2 is unwatchable garbage. The sheer amount if inconstancies from episode to episode is unbearable. This season is the definition of "doing the bare minimum" |
| Season 1 was free on YouTube in a lot of South Asian countries. That's why it was so popular. It really blew up in countries like the Philippines. Season 2 is exclusive to Disney+. Not only is it paid, it's also not available in many countries, including the countries Season 1 was really popular in like South Asian countries. Many people don't even know Season 2 is airing because there's 0 marketing. Companies like Netflix and Disney+ don't know how to handle anime. |

| season 2 is not very good. Season 1 got carried by the side characters and they tried doing the same shit again with season 2 but I see right through that crap. |

| Everyone hated the manga ending so everyone is switching up on it now. I didn’t like the 1st season and this feels like more of the same with some better production quality. |
