@Dauphine, no, it isn't finished, second Arc was started recently. And it won't be a complete adaptation too.

@Dauphine so far episode 3 has covered up through chapter 7. Although eps 1 was chapter 1, and eps 2 was chapter 2 and 3 because they were longer. So even if it keeps at a 4 chapters per episode pace like eps 3, it'll end up covering about 2/3 of the manga unless they cut content, the chapters become shorter later on, or they adapt more per episode.
