It shouldn't be sporadic, nothing indicate that. It was officially announced to be a TV Series, with the airing starting in 2025, so you'll see a Score at that time. If the production is somehow delayed, then yeah; just like all entries, no Score is displayed if the entry did not officially started. If infos contradicting this is given, MAL will update the entry.
