| "I was... slinging turds the whole time?! I thought I was so cool..." That was way funnier than it should've been. Hell, this whole episode was funnier than I expected. Ok, it's definitely got more going for it than the typical shounen tropes. Still wish the MC wasn't screaming all the time, but hopefully that'll get better as time goes on. |

| @GTRaijin I am glad to find other people that share this opinion I was starting to think I was being too picky with the anime I watch. I also feel like those 3 shows are just reusing formulas that already worked with a different coating (sure the "anima" thing in this anime is "new", but overall they are just reusing old stuff and selling as if it is something brand new.) |

| Even though Enjin seemed cool, he used Rudo's stuff to make a profit, or least get a free meal. That's the kind of world this place is. This has done a pretty good job setting our expectations to how things work. I can only wonder how they grow food and get water down here. The shit flinging was pretty funny. They even put a Scooby-Doo joke in there with sound effects. Looks like Rudo just doesn't do well with girls in general. He even stares at one entering the shop. This new one seems cute though. |

| Nice to have this back after it being delayed last week, it was just getting started and boom delayed lol, but that’s done now thankfully. And wow that whole introduction of Zanka was something else, bro seemed like a badass at first, then seemed overly nice once Rudo used Regto’s advice, then he completely switched gears when Rudo attempted a horrifying smile, whooped Rudo’s ass right after, but then… bro gets scared by a poopy plunger lol, the Scooby Doo chase was on from there, truly a great start for Zanka, he may have been traumatized by having shit on him but it was worth for a hilarious moment. And lol Enjin just laughing the whole time, can’t blame him, shit was pretty damn funny, see what I did there? And whoa surprise babe introduction, Riyo really has such a fire design, I like her voice too, can’t wait to see her in action, for now tho she’s rooting through Rudo’s hair and he’s loving it and also confused by it lol. |

| So Anima is basically a fancy western or futuristic name for Tsukumogami like tsugumomo. According to an annotated version of The Tales of Ise titled Ise Monogatari Shō, there is a theory originally from the Onmyōki that foxes and tanuki, among other beings, that have lived for at least a hundred years and changed forms are considered tsukumogami. It's just goofing around by default, it's not constantly trying to be so serious and edgy and occasionally go "here comes the joke nowwww" like Gachiakuta. Kaiju No.8 had that embarrassing pee-nipple gag, but that was a one-time thing that only lasted a few seconds (I think). It's also a heart-on-its-sleeve romp so it's easier to forgive when it does something silly. |

| Amazing ep Explanation of his powers was much clearer this ep from Enjin, which was good. Anything his gloves touch are affected. Rudo couldn't smile if his entire life depended on it 😂 Rudo vs Zanka was a calm fight, but man was it hilarious, along with those facial expressions. Zanka is quick to anger. His staff clean asl. Nah, using poop in a fight is crazy work. Riyo looks interesting, must be a hair stylist or connected to hair, considering the way she was acting with Rudo. 10/10 |

| NOTE TO SELF: please dont grab snacks half way through a fight scene... for you might find... DUNG Moving on, this show has so much promises it makes me think of nothing but HIGHLY PRAISES. this amazing shonen esk show. it reminds me of soul eater/fire force. But if fire force had any good starting episodes or intriging plot line to start with. But dear GOD this episode had me choking from holding back laughter and trying not to throw up due to the context of this episode. HOLY SHIT THIS SHOW HAS POTENTIAL... like wonder egg proritiy but a bit more shonen and METAL. Speaking of metal, I am in love with that opening. PLOT: 10/10 PROMISE: 10/10 OPENING: 10/10 Character design/dialog: 10/10 COMIDIC STYLE: 10/10 very shonen, very dandy space, very Dandadan. honestly I am still in awh of how nice it felt to watch this. That might be because I missed shows like this, simple, no plot point revolving around titties, MURDER MYSTERY, MOTIVE for the MC, HARD CORE, COMICAL... acutally its anything but simple i think of bullet head or that crocodile anime when I see this. But unlike those asswipes (ilikeempleasedontcomeforme) this starts at the beginning and not the middle. Still great watch, Will MC become DUNG fighter in the future...? will he ever uncover the murderer of his father? will there be ecchi scenes ruining the momentum? will turn out as bad of a plot as wonder egg priority? we will soon see.
