Psyren TV Anime by Satelight is officially announced in this week Shonen Jump Issue #3 which will be released this Monday, the Key visual: Iwashiro Toshiaki message:  "It's being made into an anime! I'm happy to be able to tell my parents and family this, something I wasn't able to do 16 years ago. When young creators and anime producers greeted me with blazing, passionate eyes, saying they loved Psyren and read it when they were teenagers, I'm so moved and grateful to see those people now adults... and involved in the anime adaptation. I hope everyone can enjoy Psyren! I was involved in many aspects of the script, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the Ageha in action!" |

| I am surprised the series is this popular. I do remember the initial waves of praise years ago, but even more so the criticism surrounding its later development and ending. That might simply be due to my own experience on my usual manga sites rather than on MAL, now that I think about it. Either way, good for the fans. I'm not one myself, but I will still check it out. Eventually reread it, still own the complete series. |
