S1 covered 4 volumes in 13 episodes; this will only be 10 episodes, so it will be less if anything. There are currently 14 volumes. So running out of material won't be an issue. The bigger issue is if makes enough money to justify making more, but S1 did quite well in Japan from what I've heard, and synergy with the Olympics might make S2 pop off even more. No way to be sure, but I'm pretty optimistic.

Adding to previous comment, the manga is one of the best sellers. I think it was into top 20 from last year.
So, being optimistic, there will be a 3rd season but not next year as the 2nd, maybe in last 2027 or early 2028
