| 1. a pro fighter like Stark can't catch a fish? some silly try on a joke like some low grade anime which Frieren should not be 2. crystal that nullify magic for only 3 meter radius worth millions thrown away? they could just throw it for 30+ meters or more when any danger or fight comes.. what retarded logic is that? throw away something worth so much because you are lazy... that part was 100% waste of screentime for useless thing 3. they didn't have the magic nullifying crystal and still fell into trap cave.. then why throw away it in first place... and there was no trap at all anyway, only a monster unaware they even been on surface... 4. animation is bad and weak even not drawing eyes sometimes, unacceptable for 2026! This is like 2010 ! 5. a poison "dragon" alike attacks them and they are left time to talk around.. I expected better from the best 2023 fantasy anime.. 6. after they run Frieren simply says to go without concern for Stark after running so much O.o that should be funny? 7. the part with Stark on balcony being scared of Fern and then Frieren crazy way of sleeping might be the best moment of this sad episode, the only funny part 8. ED animation is garbage also, song is nice. 9. OP song is also ok, but the animation is so static.. 10. only 10 episodes this season? I really beg this will get any better PLEASE!!! even rated 6 on MAL animes interest me more than this.. I never had so many complaint in the first episode only!!! I never hated an anime so much after first episode! This is garbage! as much as I liked season one Frieren this is just a money grab anime and bad story so far.. I WISH the story later gets WAY better... but I doubt animation will get better, right now its simply bad and boring. I will go to episode two soon.. but ech.. |

| These things are pretty meaningless and have nothing to do with why people love this anime. If you don't see it for yourself that's fine, but that list just seems like a desperate attempt to find some sort of objective flaw for something you didn't like and it's not very convincing. |

If characters could see the future and knew where they would fall, or knew they wouldn't get ambushed by monsters or massacred by demons along the way, then they would choose the right path and take the stone with them, DUUH. You may think it's inconvenient that they can't see the future, but plenty of people in real life don't do either. That's when the magic of using the brain, logic and rational thinking happens, to determine if the risk is worth taking. The thing is, they can't know beforehand if they'll get ambushed or fall in a cave. Characters can't know the future, but they are smart enough to know a magic nullifying stone in a 2 mage party is retarded and only increases the chance of their deaths. Believe it or not, there are sane people in this world who wouldn't want to risk their lives for "guaranteed easy money" while traveling in the most hostile region of the world where you need special permits simply to enter. The sudden fall only proved just how right Fern was to worry about dangers. Had they taken the stone, they'd have no chance to slow down the fall. Result: someone gets seriously injured or dies. Stark as a warrior is tough, the girls aren't. If one or both got injured, escaping the venomous dragon later would've been much harder or even impossible. So, even in your BS "they still fell" alternate scenario, things go much more badly for the characters. Looking at your other "complaints", it's obvious you chose not to enjoy the show and now you bitch about the smallest details as if your inner "master-critic" just awoken and the world should care about your opinion in a separate thread. Just stick to Boruto or whatever show you think is better. |
