| After last weeks weirdness, we get dropped into the rabbit hole and finally reach the Leyline. I really despise Harry MacDougal and hope he dies in the worst way possible. Is Gene falling fro Melfina? |

| I agree, the Animation was a bit weird. Why does character have long chins? Especially Suzuka who looks like a man in some angles. At least there's Space Fights Plus Naked Melfina all over the episodes :O Fuck that Harry Mcdougall. I really hope he dies by the end of this episode. It's weird how alot were touting that "XGP" is the only space craft to be able to go the leylines, yet everyone seems to have made it through their own means :P Melfina is gone, but I'm sure Gene will save her. He has to. And it seems she isn't a Bio-Android, but probably key DNA type that will guide the future of humanity or some shit. So Hazanko and Anten Group knows Melfina because they discover her through Dr. Gwen. Was really surprise how Leilong (the first Antem that appeared) seems to know Melfina in the first place. Last 2 episodes! Hopefully they'll increase the animation budget this time around! Let's rock and finish this!! |

| So Melfina is unique, but Harry (who really should've died 10 episodes ago) can just do what she does? And conveniently they arrive at just the time when the pirates make their breakthrough. And somehow the brothers can follow them anywhere without them noticing, despite them having the best ship of all. Writing is really not great. |
| And so the final part of the story has begun, this is it. The grand finale so to speak, we have reached the Galactic Leyline, the Outlaw Star, the McDougal Brothers, the Professor, and the Anten seven have all reached this place that we talked so much about at length in this show and we are essentially on a cliffhanger with this one. The animation was very wonky I’ll say in this than any other episode of Outlaw Star up till now I swear the crew looked pretty weird at times but it’s fine, I can blame that as an off model thing because the animation in this show is usually really good to look at for a 90s anime anyway and of course Harry is alive and he’s still lusting after Melfina, jeez it’s like this guy can’t just take the hint and just give up. I don’t get it, why have that as his entire character here? Melfina is gone for now but Gene is pretty much gonna get her back one way or another. It seems Melfina is no Bio-Android after all and seems to be more important to the galaxy than we were lead to believe here. Not much to say but this finale is getting quite epic to say the least. Only two episode remain, I’m so close and it’s just been so great up till now. It’s pretty good I’m not gonna lie here. Pretty good stuff overall for this episode in general. |
