"The Full Throttle of Destiny"

Definately one of the better episodes of this series. It was interesting how Miyuki dreamed the Ken asked her to marry him. At least we know that she does like Ken that much.

It's sad this series is over. I wonder it we'll ever see a new one?

i don't sure that what are Ken saying in ending part. isn't he saying what in Miyuki's dreaming?
but, i think that they did't showing is want to leave a space for us to guess it youseft. emm.. in my opinion, i guess Ken is not talking about "married" but others.

I think he was telling her she was dreaming. As for Ken, for a guy with a broken arm, he went down there to get her and then to carry her.. that was awesome! :D Finally an male character that isn't a crazed-sex hound. The marriage thing... ummm hmmm... eh I don't know what he said because I watched it on a Chinese site. EDIT: I found out on other sites that he did ask her to marry him. When she was sitting in the bed, Natsumi asked her if she was asked to marry Ken and what was response? YES! :D We might get one more year leading up to a wedding! :D --- Randy
I just watched the Live-Evil sub. The only time Ken asked Miyuki to marry him was in her dream. The ending just has Natsumi telling Miyuki that Ken has recovered and going on patrol. Maybe she's hoping that when she recovers he will ask her.

LOL, are you saying never trust YouTube for anime?

This two parter (21 and 22) was one of the better storylines of Full Throttle. The season as a whole was okay at best. To many bad episodes.

Wow, this was weak. Both parts were. Nakajima has only has a broken arm from the accident, but is still perfectly fine so he can carry Miyuki. Not only that, but she has an accident that would kill anyone, and both her and perp survive with only a broken leg and possible a twisted ankle. Seriously? Weak, weak, weak. At least try and make it plausible. My favourite was Nakajima sliding down the cliff, and being what looked like hundreds of miles away from where the others landed. Really? Again, want plausibility.

The dream was random, but not unforeseen, and then when Nakajima started saying the same thing so we'd get a sense of deja vu, you're entirely sure if she proposed to her or not. At least you don't see a ring on her finger when she's in the hospital.

The idea for this two parter was great, but it could have been done way, way better.

Grateful that this is finally over. The first two seasons were so much better.
I reject your reality, and substitute my own.

Just watched the episode. It was definitely one of the best in Full Throttle. Daimaru and Sena showing up was also great. (Then, again, it's sad that they appeared only in one episode.)
Okay, the "falling down the cliff and hardly getting injured"-thing was a tiny bit unrealistic. ^^'

I agree. This was weak season for various reasons. The artwork was inconsistant. For storylines, it started off good, but went downhill fast. IMO the worst of the episodes was the haunted recycling center. It was painful to watch.

It would be good if Fujishima would come back and write some of the episodes. His original idea was great but it got lost when others tried to recreate what he started. After the failure of FT, the odds of seeing a 4th season seem very low.

My interpretation of what happened when Ken rescued Miyuki after a day of hard analysis of the situation and event.. He said the first line of her dream then change in camera angle and love song..He finished the entire statement of her dream and asked her for marriage. There was a little pause and Miyuki answered the sweet "Yes". It was possible that he said the entire statement about her dream including the proposal for marriage because she almost died. Dejavu... It suited the situation because he doesn't want to lose her but had no choice because their job is too risky so he took the guts to ask her "Marry me". So that explains where the wonderful Yes came about. YUA 2 ep. 26, when Miyuki told him that she'd be waiting and Ken gave it in the end ,so it came true. That's why in the end she was glowing, blooming and happy when she knew ken was patrolling again. She loves him so much.. Ken looked at her house/ hospital with confidence and happiness because he has Miyuki and he did the thing he wanted to do for a long time which was to propose a marriage to his beloved Miyuki. I believe in this.. This is my understanding... This is what you get from deep analysis of a certain highlight of the episode. It's a wonderful ending for those two which hid their feelings for a long time. Episode 22 was the conclusion of Miyuki and Nakajima's Love story...Nakajima deserves it because he had put too much effort on her and the reward was Miyuki's love for him. In ep. 24 if related.. Natsumi asked her that they should get married with their desired partners.. Miyuki answered "That might be right".. She was happy and not avoiding the love topic which she usually does. It means she found her man..Ken Nakajima which she loves. Episode 22 was Miyuki and Nakajima Love story ending and episode 24 was Miyuki and Natsumi's partnership ending.. 2 endings. Thank you You're Under Arrest...
