| It is nice that every girl interpret their responsibility as a Witch differently. Also it is very mature from gravity Witch that he is fully aware of her fate but still decide to protect people. only downside of this chapter is that I was thinking GW will be more "scared" by "seed of evil". Only difference of her between and MC witch in reality is just her black eye (which in my opinion makes character 100% cooler). |

| Is it weird that I like this new Witch & Guardian a lot more than our protagonists? I mean Spica's sense of responsibility alongside her kindhearted nature makes her way more likeable compared to Manasfa. Also last chapter basically shows that the gravity straight laced guardian is carrying a lot of burden on himself and has grown because of it. Fafner doesn't interest me nearly as much. |

Yeah, i thought that too in the beginning. Spica really believes she is making the difference, she loves her people. Mafasta probably always hated the kingdom for what they made to her and is selfish in everything basically. But she has a point. Spica doesn't do a difference... the Witches'll become a monster and then killed. Later a new replacement comes and that's it. It's a cycle that never ends. Really, the girls are just suffering in vain I see where you're coming from and if they had a solid reliable plan to do that or had initially set off to recruit other witches and guardians, I'd probably have stronger investment in our heroes. But instead it's more like they hoping that there's an answer and set off on this journey for themselves. Still maybe after this encounter they too will grow as people. Now that they've seen the outside world and the travesty it true has become. I'd like that character growth. |

| I'm certain Spica is going to go to their side eventually, not sure about her guardian though since he seems too far gone in his duties. |
| Spica is obviously not going to kill them, of course she wants to be saved as well |
