DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Maruko really liked the public baths, but was embarrassed when her friend Tama-chan found out that she brought a toy with her, lol. It's a good thing that Maruko and Sakiko didn't have enough money for those "magic cards," as they turned out to be phony. |

| The bath episode was cute. Like always Maruko is too embarrassed to admit she plays with toys in the bath. I don't remember the second part of the episode in the anime but I read it in the manga. Seeing it animated is far more enjoyable. |
