| I know Odin exiled Loki, but why are all these other gods here? I'll just imagine they were all exiled for comic effect (Thor, Frey...believable.) Let's see, if so, the major ones who are left in Asgard are Odin, Frigg, Baldur, Tyr, Bragi, Idunn, Njord, Skadi, Vidar...basically the more somber ones. (Except Bragi, god of bragging, but he wouldn't be bad without Loki to aggravate him.) Lol, amusing. All the Order vs. Chaos coming through in Loki's conversation with the Norns in this episode is really impressive! You can tell the writer didn't just read the wiki article before making the anime. If the pink-haired misogynistic representation of a female and whatever that purposeless blond guy with a generic "attractive" accent didn't exist, the action scenes were at least somewhat substantial, and the episodes weren't so formulaic, this anime would be quite good! IDK. It might even be funny that I'm watching Norse mythology represented with decent accuracy in a generic anime with all the random cliches. Regardless, I'm enjoying this. :D |
