What a fun episode!

I love Huazai and Gou Ying's friendship; they create a very comedic duo.

It is very interesting that the real Nanting Village is underground, that archway. I wonder why it is a mechanism that appears to only allow those associated with that symbol in. If that is the case, the Da Wenxi (anthropologist) has to be related to the uncle at the hotel cause they do look alike.

Besides that, Da Wenxi saying he's 26 is hilarious, but he sure can run like one. Also, asking them to constantly ask him about things about the place.

I think Guwalgiya Yinting has nothing to do with the fall of Nanting; he must have been seen as the person of its demise, or there was a reason that he had to 'kill' his brothers (I don't think he did). It appears he's banished from entering old Nanting, but we will see about that.

Also, his brothers being the ones to guard the entrance is quite cool; they are still fulfilling the wish of protecting their home.
