| Zombieman is pretty underrated imo, I mean the reason partly could be due to the fact that he gets pretty less screentime compared to other S class heroes, but yeah, watching this again just to see the lollipop stuff makes me think it's better that we see less of him, otherwise, his entire reputation is getting murdered when he's coming on screen lol. Somehow the series is finding different ways to set its own standards.. can't even laugh. Thought the episodes now won't look the absolute worst, because we kind of adjusted. But nah, then something like this comes, and that adjustment goes out of the window. Anyway, this stuff is too slow as well. The problem isn’t only the fact that it’d take so much time, but yeah, since we have so many heroes, we’ll get multiple POVs every other episode. Will be like this for a while from here on. That aside, the only sweet part about Amai mask is his name I guess, as yeah, dude literally goes berserk when he breathes the same air as a monster lol. Not that anybody knows. Also, the only interesting bit this entire episode, honestly. Sheesh, last two episodes now, hope we can go back to how it was an episode ago and have better looking stuff. |

| One Frame Man strikes again. Sad the Zombieman fight wasn't as good as Flashy Flash's fight. It could've been cool. But each scene after that just kept getting more and more worse. It's kind of impressive in a way. Also, I really don't understand why they replaced Zombieman's cigarette with a fucking lollipop. I thought this series was rated for 17 and above? If it's not then why? Why isn't this rated 17 and above? What's with this weird censorship anyway? It's not like smoking doesn't appear in any other anime. It would've been better if they just cut that scene entirely or just not shown him smoking or doing anything. Anyway, Amai Mask is a monster? Ok. Makes sense why he seemingly killed those brainwashed humans. Reminds me of those old theories that said Saitama was a monster. I don't understand why the OP was placed at the end tho? I always skipped the OP so Idk if there's anything different. |
| It's not quite as bad as episode 7, but it's still terrible, arguably the second-worst episode. The only saving grace is, yet again, the inclusion of a retconned scene (Amai Mask killing the mercenaries), even if it was just a slideshow. Other than that, maybe the OST usage wasn't too bad, but the rest is complete dogwater. 4/10 at best. |

| @xZabuzax Personally I think it's hilarious; it sort of implies that Child Emperor handed one out to each S rank hero who wanted one. Sure, censorship is bad and all, but with how much of a trainwreck this season was overall it really is a minor complaint. |

| After two decent episodes, we're back to our usual selves. But since I had already anticipated it, it's not a surprise. Zombieman's fight in the manga was my favorite, and I'm not gonna say anything, but I'm disappointed. Sadly, nothing can be done to save this season anymore. Do-S was once again the hottest part of the episode. But even she can't save it anymore. Amai Mask is ruthless as expected. And, is he not a human? Interesting. Atomic Samurai's cool as well, and his disciples struggled but were able to come out victorious in the end. |

| The last two episodes were actually pretty ok all things considered but it seems like we are back to scheduled ass this week. The animation and art direction was so low budget, characters looked so ugly and the pacing was janky and awkward... Oh and Zombie man getting a LOLLIPOP??? Whenever you think they can't drop a worse episode, next week rolls around and you wonder how this season was ever greenlit. Truly embarrassing. |
