| Damn Mewtwo's voice sucks :/ It's way to feminine whenever it spoke before it was Masculine, it sounds how I would picture Mew's voice >.> I wonder why Pidgeot wasn't flying with Mewtwo it had every other generation of flying pokemon :( Sabeleye :D Mewtwo's flashbacks are so nostalgic. Genesect knows blazekick? Mewtwo is using telepathy so its technically not wasting its breath :p Sabeleye ftw! :D A good ending and that end song was awesome. Overall this was a decent Pokemon movie, I watched the dub btw. |

| Seriously? It's like the first Pokemon never happened! "Maybe we'll meet again" YOU'VE ALREADY MET! There's only one Mewtwo, so it has to be the same one from the original movie. UGH. Of course then you have the awesome Sabeleye. Sabeleye and the friendly Genesect made the movie bareable for me. I was sad that the Scraggy from the last movie (Kyurem & the Swords of Justice) wasn't there because he was what made me enjoy the last movie, but Sabeleye kinda made up for it. |

| This movie was terribly moderate. It had a promising start with those telepathic conversation between Genesect and Mewtwo and the flashback scenes. But that's about it, when it got to the main plot, it was downhill from there. Team Rocket purpose was further removed into some unnecessary cameo. I expected to see more Charizard but guess not, Mewtwo was a nice welcome back but I find it odd, how this Mewtwo fits in the PokeMovie verse. Is this another Mewtwo(I thought there was only one) or are they rebooting the whole Mewtwo origin for the sake of promotion for X and Y. Sableye gave me that Stitch vibe with it's voice and made it fun to watch. I watched the English Dub and hoped maybe the American Voice for it might be still same but I guess not, felt that Mewtwo should have the Red Genesect's voice or it's original voice which made it sound cooler. Overall, fairly average,too average in fact. 5/10 |

| Thought it lacked content most of the time. Was sometimes entertaining but really uneventful. Most of the time, it was the Genesects group acting hostile against Ash and Co. All I got out of this movie was: - We are friends forever - Our home is here - Not all humans hate pokemon I have to admit, the main Genesect was so adorable and made me tear up twice. So, this movie wasn't completely crap. |

| The movie is bad. I don't like it. It is getting uglier and uglier but I have no idea why I keep on watching Pokemon films. Was that another mewtwo? He seems not to remember Ash. I also hate the feminine voice. My image of Mewtwo is tough cool guy type and suddenly shattered due to the VA. |
| Probably the worst Pokemon film yet, I always like them purely for nostalgia sake, but this was awful. Mewtwo is a different Mewtwo then the first film, for those who don't know. They had a special showing that this Mewtwo was created through someone else, not Team Rocket. |
| Noone saw that this pokemon is one of the few films, with the first one, to talk about serious shit ? I mean, look at the genesects. the genesects are the "strangers", and they are different from the "others". this film turns around the racism theme, with genesect that only wants to find a place to live, and other pokémons that want to chase out these intruders, with ash who try to stop that. as the story progress, we can see that the genesects are like the other pokémons, they are just different in appearance. If you look the film from this point of view, and not the point of view "olol mewtwo is different, so the film is bad", it's actually a really good film. but yeah, this mewtwo is disappoiting and was one of the failed character in this movie. sableye and team rocket are useless on this film. |

| I liked the story of the Genesects. I didn't like how Mewtwo no longer new Ash and that and was voiced by a woman. And as some people say a different one, wut? why? I thought there was only one badass Mewtwo. It had a nice message about friendship that I liked though. |

| Wow. This one is BAD. I thought it couldn't get any worse from the DP movies, but this is hands down the Worst Pokemon movie. There's no way it can get any worse. I know I have ~3 more movies in this timeline, but I'm 99% sure they'll be better than this hot garbage. This is basically BW's version of movie 1 except everything is worse. Movie 1 is canon. Period. The special with Mewtwo seems to be canon too. Either way, this movie can't be canon and outright tried to overwrite established facts just to give Mega Mewtwo a handjob. Why? Why couldn't it BE the actual Mewtwo with his male voice? WHY couldn't Satoshi have any sort of knowledge of past movies if you're gonna bring back a character there can only exist one of, with established backstory in practically every media? What fool thought this was a good idea? What fool said okay and greenlit it? The only thing I liked was the rando Eevee's voice; never heard a male one before and it sounded cute. Yamirami was good too until it got screwed over in the beginning, lol. Beyond that, everything sucked. And everything sucked because none of the decisions felt natural. It requires every single character to not have brain cells rubbing together to make complex thought. What idiot goes "lets put plasma machine guns on top of these revived pokemon so they can kill us easier"? Holy frick. |

And it sounded female. Spoiler (male mewtwo makes a comeback in the future and knows ash in Journeys ) since mewtwo is artificial it can be mass produced. But i think mewtwo killed the lab guys when it broke out. The broken glasses on the floor was probably a reference to them being dead. Also it probably takes years to make a mewtwo so (probably can't be made in 1 day) [ Movie Pikachu Detective another mass produced Mewtwo , i count that as a cannon to being replicated ] The bluprints are probably archived somewhere who knows. BUT this is a totally different mewtwo that can Mega Evolve without stone. IDK how , maybe they implemented a mega stone inside the bodym |

| I actually didn't think this movie was THAT bad. I'd rather see it as a standalone movie than compare it to the first movie and Mewtwo's story. (This is apparently another Mewtwo anyway) Animation and art looked great and the Genesect story was interesting enough. This movie wasn't anything special but not bad either, just good enough. 7/10 I get why people dislike it as much though, especially when comparing the two movies. Maybe I also put my expectations way too low looking at the score and just coming from Movie 15 which for me was the worst Pokemon movie. |
