| So... we need some methods to deal with these kinds of unnecessary/unpleasant members. There's a poll, but post your ideas, too. I need much input regarding your opinions and such, since this club ain't some tyranny; 'n besides, I don't have much experience with being a leader. |

But if dealing with them is pointless, then just be cold and humiliate them. It's the best working tactic.
