| Itami Itami stood in the center of the room, he had set up punching bags all around him. He took a deep breath and leaped into a frenzy of fly kicks, punches, spin kicks, round houses, elbows, knees and headbutts. Sweat flew from his bare torso and long red hair as he spun and flew around fluidly and with elegance. He was interrupted by a phone call, he stopped his exercise and walked over to the ringing phone, he picked it up not saying anything, just listening. After about thirty seconds he hung up, he hadn't said a word throughout the entirety of the phone call, it had been a client and Itami had a job. He grabbed his Katana off the wall and slung it over his bare back, then he grabbed some bandages and wrapped them around the bottom half of his face, his tattoo's glistened with sweat as he left the bunker, his red hair flowing behind him. |
| Itami Itami now pushed the girl down some steps and into the training arena, he sized her up. Not saying anything just looking. |
| Averna "W-why have you brought me here? Are you trying to make me your slave or something?" she questioned him hopeing she would be wrong. (in gonna fall asleep soon so if I stop posting sorrt) |

| Itami Itami said nothing, just looked at the girl. Then he grabbed a sword from a rack and threw it to her, he drew his own sword as well, taking a ready stance. He wanted to see what this girl could do, he may not kill her if she proved herself. |
| Averna She watched him as he threw the sword at her feet. "A sword? " She questioned the noticed he had readyed himself "you want me to fight you?" She had never fought someone before let alone with a sword. Tho giving up was not an option, she picked up the sword and held it with both her hands before running at his preparing a large swing. |

| Itami Itami stepped to the side, bringing the sword up to lightly touch her chest, Dead he whispered before stepping away and gesturing for her to come again. |
| Averna She froze up again and dropped the sword when he said dead, excepting him to put it through her. But instead when she opened her eyes she looked and he was telling her to try again "I don't understand this" she complained picking up the sword once more and swinging it in a upward motion at him |

| Itami Itami blocked the swing and flipped over her, he landed behind her and touched the point of his sword the back of her neck, Dead he said again, before repeating what he had done before. |
| Averna "Why are you making me do this" she said as she swung the sword at him again this time in a downward digional motion. |

| Itami Itami caught the sword between thumb and forefinger, she had potential. He wrench the sword from her grip and brought his sword up between her eyes, lightly poking her there. Do you want to be apprenticed to me? he asked. He could see the benefit in a partner and having someone to train would also hone his abilities at the same time, it was a win win situation. |
| Averna "You haven't said anything this whole time and that's what you want from me? I'm no fighter sorry I'm not sure what gave you that idea" she said taking a few steps back to get away from his sword. |

| Itami Itami sighed, she would have to die then, Itami didn't like killing children, but what had to be done had to be done. He swung the sword forward in a killing blow, this time with no intention of stopping. |
| Averna She quickly dodged to the side the blade still making a deep cut on the left side of her stomach. She doubled over in pain as blood started to pour out "the other option is death?" she complained weakly as she held the point where she was cut "if, if I say yes will, will you spare me?" she asked having nowhere else to run, |

| Itami Itami considered a moment, You stay with me till the job is over. I will train you and apprentice you for that time, if you do not like the training you can go after the time is up. He finished speaking the most words he had ever spoken in one go, sheathing the sword on his back. |
| Averna "Yeah sure I promise to do it, just.....just help me" she said her consciousness was already slipping as she was crouched in a pool of her own blood. The girl wouldn't be able to survive blood loss much longer |

| Itami Itami stepped down, taking the bandages from the bottom half of his face and wrapping them around the girl gingerly. Then he stood going over to a table, he grabbed some thread, needle and a paste. He walked back over to the girl and crouched down. |
| Averna After he started to treat her, she gave into the pain and passed out falling flat on the ground. |

| Itami Itami nudged the bandages to the side and began to stitch up her side, applying the paste as he did so, the bleeding stopped completely. He always bought the best stuff, the paste acted as a artificial skin, where it was applied it dried and formed a protective barrier that kept blood in and infection out. Itami wrapped the bandage back over the wound just in case. Then he lifted her in his arms and put her in his bed, pulling the sheets up over her. He walked away and began to train. |

| Itami After a couple vigorous hours of training, Itami stops. He was drenched in sweat so he grabbed a towel and soaked it up. |
| Averna She was tossing and turning in the bed until she suddenly sat up in a cold sweat. "Ahhh!" she squealed as she tried to to gather her bearings. After moving suddenly she felt a pain in her side and quickly put her arm over it oh yeah.... Now I remember what happened she sighed while she scanned the room for an exit, as she didn't see him around at the moment. |

| Itami Itami walked into his bathroom, turning on the shower. He stripped off his clothes and stepped under the cold spray. |
| Averna She got up from the bed and started to walk around and look for an exit. He wound felt funny yet healed at the same time, she looked at it to see there was still a scar from where it was but the cut itself has almost vanished. She remembered the door they came in from but was having trouble trying to find how to get back to it. |

| Itami Itami finished his cold shower and dried himself, then he put on some clothes and walked out. He saw Averna walking around and cleared his throat. |
| Averna She stopped what she was doing and looked towards him "uhh ummm thanks for saving my life." she said still frozen in her tracks |

| Itami Itami starred at her a little more before stepping forward, Lesson 1 is always to be aware of your surroundings, you must learn to develop your hearing and smell. Itami said to her quietly. If he was to train someone, he needed to do a lot more speaking so he guessed he might as well start now. |
| Averna "Hearing makes sense, but smell I don't get where your coming from." she said |

| Itami The scent of man is important, if you cannot hear him but you can smell him, then you can follow. He said to her, grabbing a blindfold of a table and approaching her. If you are blinded and the man is still, then you can attack my scent, he says, putting the blindfold over her eyes. |
| Averna She groaned as the blindfold was put over her eyes "starting already? Can't we have breakfast first I'm starving." She said as her stomach started to growl. She hadn't eaten the day before and with ever that happened earlier she was only twice as hungry to eat something. |

| Itami You do not eat on a job. You eat only after a job, when you know you are safe, he said before walking to one side of the room. Now attack me he commanded. |
| Averna She tried to use her nose at first but quickly have up as she never learned his scent. She tried to feel her way around the room unsure of everything she was touching. |
|
| Itami Itami stepped lightly to the side, Stop moving and strain your senses. If you point to me correctly, I will give you a free punch anywhere on my body He moved away after speaking. |
| Averna She did as she was told and stopped moving. She began take slower breaths as she tried to smell him out, after a few moments of concentration she pointed towards him but was off by just an a hands length. |

| Itami [g]Try again[/b] he said, flipping up to his ceiling and crawling across it using the small curved indents purposely placed there. He was directly over Averna now, looking down at her like a spider. |
| Averna She took a few steps forward before attempting to concentrate again. She found his scent a little easier this time and pointed right at his feet. |
|
| Itami Itami dropped from the ceiling and removed the blindfold, Good. Most would not be able to do that so quick, you are a fast learner, he says appreciatively. He steps in front of her and folded his arms behind his back, he keeps his promises after all. |
| Averna She didn't really care for punching him, but still did it anyway. She threw a punch at him square in the stomach, the punch was very strong to begin with, and it was only weakened by the fact she was starving and the blood loss. |

| Itami The punch hit him and bounced off, Not very strong then, I will have to train her with a program more suited to agility and speed, Itami walked over to his fridge and dragged out a pre-made meal of ravioli pasta and garlic bread, he set it down on the table and gestured for her to eat. |
| Averna "I? I can have it?" she asked slowly moving towards the table |

| Itami Itami nodded and set his own food on the table as well, sitting down he begins to eat. He didn't have to remove the bandages from his face because he hadn't put any back on after leaving the shower. |
| Averna She quickly sat down and started to shovel the food into her mouth, it had been the first thing She had eaten in a while. After she finished she leaned back in her chair and sighed happily before feeling a sharp pain from her side where she was cut, oww gotta be careful not to irritate this so much |

| Itami Itami watched her eat, he was eating his own food slowly. You should savor your food he says. |
| Averna "I will worry about taste when I have more than one meal a day." she said, upon closer inspection it was easy to the mess she had made on herself. Averna had never learned proper ediquite, along with how to take proper care of herself and appearances. |

| Itami Itami continued to look at the girl, etiquette came along with discipline so he would have to teach her it later. He got up from the table, his food finished. We should get you new clothes he says, taking her bowl and his over to a sink. |
| Averna "Your job isnt more important at the moment?" she questioned him wondering why he would go so far out of his way if she was just gonna get beat up anew why did it matter if she had newer clothes. |

| Itami Itami shrugged, Their ship doesn't arrive until tomorrow and you look like a rat out of a sewer. You need to stay warm and clean for your wound to heal properly He strapped his Katana to his back and also wrapped bandages across the bottom half of his face. As usual he proceeded bare chested. He walked to the trapdoor and gestured for her to follow. |
