| Well, this episode carried some unexpected emotions. And interestingly, Nico's repair magic skill seems to have its limits. On another note, Nico looked great in her yukata and got to spend time with Moi to watch the fireworks. It's another step in their relationship if you ask me. |

| The start was really unexpected with the emotional segment, but it's good to see that we got back on track afterward, though it wasn't all that funny. Well, now we know why Otogi can't express himself well, and he probably won't be able to in the future either. But tiny Otogi was cute, along with Nico in the yukata, as they later enjoyed the summer festival together. |

| The op part with Kara and her mom and dad was so emotional..loved it ✨❤️ The Middle segment with Horai and his girlfriend was so fun lol I was really surprised that he could find a gf just like him 🤣😭😭 Mini moi was so adorable. I was so happy to see Morihito's real emotions through that smol and cute Moi-chan. Nico in the Yukata 🤩😘💖💖 Missing the neko girl Nemu. I hope she makes an appearance in the next episode. |

| Didn't expect to start with such feels. Kara had such a sweet and wholesome family. Her mother was kind and even before death🥲.. Dear Kara is goated chapter name for this. Dk how but happy for Jun he got his match lol. What are the chances. That's call winning in life. "He is so happy he isn't talking like horizontal textbook" Have to say Nico's magic came real handy today. Not just Kara's letter but Emotionfy spell is actually useful. I love tsundere poker face Moichan but that mini version is cute.. Kanshi & Keigo are great wingman. Been waiting for it and finally Nico looked beautiful in Yukata.   They are so adorable together❤️ Probably the best episode so far. Had everything. The preview was funny too cut the shounen magazine part lol. |
| “I’m so glad that you became my daughter” Wow I didn’t expect WITCH WATCH to make me cry, but here we are. Best episode so far easily, if only for the first half. Kara’s segment absolutely had me bawling. It’s such a real scenario too. Kids like Kara can more easily accept non blood relation relatives than the parents. Like a kid doesn’t care who raises them, just that someone does with love and that’ll be their parent, but as the man/woman you sort of feel inferior because the kid didn’t biologically come from you. This hit close to home because my family has a lot of this and some drama with it has recently come up. They did this topic justice. Nico’s “if I talk, I’ll cry” was real af. This was the first time Nico magic was 100 percent useful without any repercussions lol I’m proud of her! Second segment with Jun wanting to confess to his crush was great too. As soon as he started talking I’m like wtf this dude is straight out of a Genki textbook 😂 talks just like the example sentences. Good thing the gang was able to help him out with some relationship advice Nico and Moi’s date was so good too! Wouldn’t be a romance anime without that fireworks episode and I liked this so much because Moi was honest with Nico. He knows she must worry about his lack of expressions, but he just struggles to show how he feels. That should put Nico’s mind at ease going forward! Such a good episode |

| Such a good episode, holy. How dare they start off my Sunday with something emotional. I was ready and super happy to watch this episode and it hits me with an unexpected emotional backstory. I may have gotten close to crying. Anyways, the dude who talked like an NPC was stupid weird. Nico got sucked into it as well, at least the dude got a girlfriend though. The rest of the episode was fun. Seeing the Mini-Moi doing expression while Moi had a straight face, was entertaining. The part where they were watching the fireworks was really wholesome. 5/5 |
| Absolutely beautiful. Kara's part was heartbreaking, I even shed a couple of “man tears”. That plot twist about her mother not being her biological progenitor caught me completely off guard. But Kara didn't care: he loved her deeply. A truly touching moment. Jun is a legend. Despite seeming like the most NPC character ever - like something out of an English textbook - he worked up the courage to talk to the girl he likes and even made her his girlfriend. They really are meant for each other. It was hilarious. Moi and Nico's date was adorable. Although Moi's expressions are nonexistent, deep down he feels like anyone else. At first I thought his lack of expression was due to a spell, but it turns out it was just his training. How intense was it for him to end up like that? Still, Moi really cares about Nico... although I will miss Moi chibi a lot. |

| "If I talk, I'll cry." Nico was so real for that. I think the only way the Kara segment could've hit harder were if it aired on Father's day (exactly two weeks later). Would've been such an adorable twist if the mini-Moi was flustered by the time of the fireworks. Was still nice to see our stone-faced oni homie get some appreciation. |

| Kara's letter manga chapter was what got me fully invested into the series and got me to read 140 chapters in a small period of my very limited free time. Even more wonders will be continuosly cooked in this show. |
| Given the dad's (stupid) action, I was suspecting we would have a "Beware what treasure ye seek" situation with the letter, but instead of darkness, we got very wholesome feels. ... ... Well, an Evil Overlord can only hope. DETO! "She's a mess." But a rather entertaining one. YUKATA!! |

| Episode that had a sweet taste and full of melancholy as a background, which pervaded the entire narration from the beginning to the end, but the surprising thing is that the story flew by in a flash, but even if it doesn't seem like it, it conveyed so many things to us. Nice to see characters like Minami who seemed lost who knows where in the story. I can't wait to see the character of Nemu again, also almost unknown so far in her characterization. |

| After Kara found out the truth about her mother I wonder if that will eventually bring her and her dad closer, not sure if they will be revisited. Regarding the robotic sounding guy, I thought he was going to get shot down but apparently there's more people like him around haha. The last part with Nico and Morihito going on a date was nice to see, and she looked great in a yukata. Side note, when she cast the express emotion spell on Morihito I figured it would backfire but it actually turned out to be harmless. Anyways, based on the end preview I'm looking forward to seeing Nemu again. |
| Damn, Kara's segment hit pretty hard with how emotional it got. The fact that her mother wasn't her biological mother was a surprise twist as I thought it was like that with her father, which I got that wrong. I'm glad that Kara and her father made up after Nico helped to restore the letter in full and unleashed the wholesome feels that would leave many people with a tear in their eye. The 2nd segment was simple, but pretty funny. Jun's progression from asking help to dating the girl that he liked was fast, but it was still pretty wholesome all the same. It remained that way for the last portion of the episode focusing on what Morihito truly feels like since he rarely shows any expressions on his own face. He and Nico had a nice time at the movies, with Nico wearing a beautiful yukata, before the pair enjoyed their time together at a nearby festival. It sums up this episode in being a very happy one for many reasons. =) |

| Such an adorable and touching episode. They kept talking about Kara like she's a major character who’s played a huge role up to this point, which completely flew over my head, since I'm pretty sure this is the first time I’ve seen her. Unless she’s one of Nico’s two school friends who are always hanging around her, then my bad. Still, I’m really glad Nico and Morihito helped Kara, and even more glad that she got to read her stepmom’s letter & make up with her dad too. Kara aside, the second third of the episode was absolutely hilarious. That guy who felt like he came out of some beta version of either an anime or cartoon asked Nico for help to become more of a conversationalist, only to then ask out his crush, have her immediately say yes, and suddenly they’re a couple within seconds, even though they were total strangers just moments earlier, haha. This anime is so hilarious, I swear. The beta couple aside, the last third of the episode was absolutely adorable. Nico asking Morihito for permission to cast Emotexpression on him, because doing it without his knowledge or consent would be wrong, was just so sweet and cute of her, seriously. Nico aside, little Morihito was adorable, with his expressions all over the place, while the real Morihito just has his poker face switched on 24/7, haha. It was both hilarious & heartwarming at the same time. |

| I forgot about the chapter regarding Kara's family. Really touching, and a great example of the good that Nico's magic can do. The second segment is yet another chapter that takes place after the big arc that the OP alludes to. I guess they're wanting to get a lot of these random comedy chapters out of the way. Always found this one silly and I enjoyed it. Third segment was nice because we get to peer into Moi's emotions, and he's a lot more expressive, at least on the inside. But it was a treat to see Nico in a yukata. She's so dang cute. |

| A great episode. In part one, we see that it can have a heartwarming episode aside from the usually silly ones. In part two, we get a parody of the Japanese foreigners learn initially, one where the distal/masu and desu forms are used so the speakers are usually polite even if the social dynamica don't require it. And also, no pronoun dropping. In part three, the mini Nico is cute. |

| The first part of the episode really didn't work for me. It just came out of nowhere, was too heavy and felt like it was put in just to elicit a reaction without doing the work. Second part was short and funny. Nice to see a situation resolve without the need for magic and Nico knowing which situations are better without it. Third part was the best. Moi hasn't worked as a character so far so he needed this focus on why he is why he is. It was done in a cute way, too. Big fan of mini Moi! Well done. |
