@Comander-07 Bad adaptations are bad :-( I think that this is the worst adapted episode in the whole anime to date.
To make this clear: No domestic violence has happened in the source
Also: Consider this: Imagine you are a parent of a say 14 year old son. And suddenly this 14 yo came to you telling you that he is now working in some venture capital firm you never heard of and knew nothing about. What is more the firm whats him to go on a prolonged business trip to, say, Somalia. They don't have telephones in the area so he wouldn't be able to contact you and of course he is only paid apprentice rates, but he still really wants to go. But of course the owner of the firm (who you know nothing of) ensures you things will be fine. Would you be okay with this? I think Lutz's parents reactions should be considered more in this direction.

As for the solution: Yes Lutz can go. The situation was resolved with an adequate contract and pay, as well as Lutz's parents now knowing that Benno is indeed somewhat trustworthy and will take care of their son as proper.
