I see ... very interesting, is this how people view the conclusion of Quintessential Quintuplets?

I have a completely different perspective of why Fuutarou ends up choosing Yotsuba in the Quintessential Quintuplets.

In the beginning, Fuutarou spending a day with that girl when he was a kid, initially plays a part in his life, because of him having a crush on that girl in the past, and he really does want to know who she was.

But essentially, it came down to how the girls acted in the current time period with Fuutarou.

When I rewatched the series, every other twin was resistant to Fuutarou being a part of their lives and each of them were selfish, the only twin that was selfless, caring, and helping Fuutarou was Yotsuba.

Even after all the other twins warmed up to him and even fell for him, they were all still selfish and self-centered, with the only twin not playing angles and politics being Yotsuba.

Fuutarou ends up caring for all of the twins, but Fuutarou actually develops feelings for Yotsuba, not because of her being the past crush, but for who she was during the current time period they shared together.

This is why I am like that Fuutarou chose Yotsuba over the others, he chose the twin that genuinely loves him in the present, and whom he also loves.

There was also twister scene with Nadeko. That was the first thing I remembered when Seiha pulled out twister. Less tacky here but same good hot stuff.

Kotono is the only one who actually loves him, with honest feelings and a sincere confession.

While the others are all testing him and have not really been serious about this situation.

Even Ouka’s confession at the theme park was a test, not an actual confession.

@ejleon perfectly summed up why Yotsuba was deserved winner. I have exact same belief. Goodness need to be rewarded. The one who is most helpful and nice from very start won.
