That is a spoiler, we did not know he hated the human for what they did to Yu, before this episode Hint is different from actually revealing it, if it haven't actually been said, then spoiler it, the show even used that gimmick for suspense, by having Mika stop in the middle of saying it. At 18:27 Guren speaks to Shinoa, without any trouble at all. Ferid was just holding him in his throat, they could have been doing that for hours and Gurren wouldn't die of choking. If that was suppose to be an attempt of Ferid being a sadist, then that is just sad, heck even twisting him arm would have yield better result. |
| OMG yes I love MikaxYu this episode was the best. The princess carry was so cute and perfect. I also love how overprotective Mika is. I totally ship MikaxYu. I kinda hate the human side for what they did to Yu. It makes them seem like the true demons/villians now. The yaoi vibes were great and that blushing. >////< I don't care if any of you straight men out there hate this, stop fucking and being insecure about your own sexuality. I swear some people are just homophobic. |

| Terrible direction, appalling animation (or lack thereof, perhaps) and discordant performance of extras' VAs. It's clear just how tight their budget is, and even that gorgeous scenery work can't hide it. I like this series, I really do. It's just that it could have been so much better if the studio had had enough money to back it up, so that it wouldn't look so atrocious. |

| Pretty good episode on the whole. Mika is a hypocritical ass, but that does stem from despair and manipulation a the hands of vampires, so it's semi-forgivable. We got an adorable hug from best girl Shinoa. Pretty damn cliche, but still not terribly handled. I like the development that humans aren't necessarily the good guys in this situation. Nor are the Vampires though. Just two clashing species with their survival and supremacy in mind. A lot of people are giving Guren shit, but keep in mind what's happened. Experiment on one kid, or become the Vampire's slaves. He did a tiny bit of mental math and realized that killing the vampires outweighed any sacrifice. One can question if he entirely knows what he's doing by creating monster Yuu, but he did at least know they could bring Yuu back. |

| All those Yuu/Mika shippers are annoying. Seriously stop it, you are leaving a bad aftertaste to a relationship between brothers. It seems that the demon in the sword is the small fry and the Seraph of the End is the actual threat for Yuu. |

It is spoilers, you might not think it as a spoiler, but for some people it make it so easy to figure out that your so called ambiguous comment aren't ambiguous at all. Just spoiler it, being a bit ambiguous doesn't prevent it from being a spoiler. Which is why I'm saying it doesn't make sense what Ferid did, it would have been so much better if it had been something like Guren being on the ground, while Ferid have stabbed the sword through Guren, and then turning it slowly to cause extra pain. The power level also haven't been explained, so at the moment super healing is an unknown ability, so the current scene is even worse from that point also. |

| ok i can't defend this episode, it was sloppy.messy. Ferid took the words right out of my mouth. If Guren had SHUT THE FUCK UP and not alert his enemy to the sniper he could've got hit. Retarded. And he had the nerve to cuss off Yuu? Lost all respect for Guren this episode. He knew about whatever the fuck is going on with Yuu. Nasty humans. I was wondering why Mika was being weird by saying humans are scum but clearly they really are (although i already knew that. And no, he knows perfectly how vampires are. He states on the manga he hates both vampires and humans. He hasnt forgotten what vampires did to his family and what they did to him and he knows what the humans did: the humans did terrible experiments on children, guess who? the whole hyakuya orphanage was nothing but a mere gather of children for them to put the Seraph of the end and Yuu was the sucessful one. Mika is annoying for saying out loud the thruth and for wanting to take Yuu away from all this shit? wow, last time I checked that isnt being annoying but that is being the best of friends. If it wasnt for Mika, Shinoa would be dust by now and Yuu would go berserk with her death. Mika just wants to protect Yuu no matter what. Vampires are bad but humans aren´t good at all. |
