| Finally! I've waited so long for Horimiya to be adapted into an anime and it's finally here! The first episode was a perfect start to this series and I personally loved it! It's really cute. The opening and ending music was beautiful as well as the visuals to it were perfect. As well as the art style, it definitely was a perfect match to it. I definitely can't wait to see more of the series! 5/5 |

| I've always loved Horimiya. For the anime I love the animation and I especially love Hori and Miyamura's VA, couldn't fit more perfect imo. First it was really good and Im far from disappointed, if I could make a little change, I think there was a important scene from chapter 2 which was fully skipped in the anime which I think is a mistake. |
| The first episode was great and I love it. At first i thought isikawa is gonna turn out to be one of those annoying antagonist that wants to get in the way but i as completely wrong .Still, I feel that this anime has a lot of potential and has a great story line. Looking forward to episode 2 |

| i really enjoyed the first episode. It was cute and I think it made me fall for the main character. But the pacing was.. so fast. I felt like that little confession should've been in the 2-3 episode. Its good but I wish they could've paced it better. |

| God can people stop rating and writing reviews after one episode? (or even before....) Anyway, I know nothing about Horimiya, never read the manga but I know people hold it to pretty high regard...and I came here to simp for long haired guy with tats and hoped that maybe I will get something good out of it. The first episode felt really...rushed? it felt like everything has happened really fast and basically...that everything has happend period. And I am not sure what the next episodes can be about without being repetetive. Also the whole "I love that you are practically a housewife at your young age and that you do not care about your hair uwu" is so cringey, I mean, dude is pretty fashionable. When I was reading the synopsis and it said something about main girl's secret, I really didn't thik it's going to be so...idk, normal. But I am not giving up on Horimiya yet...I will be around for the next ep. |
| Sota is being a wingman in ep 1 and saving us a whole season (of development). Hori is a true waifu material with her "Baka baka baaka x10". And her dual lifestyle is shoujo lead material lol. But the biggest surprise was definitely Miyamura. Just like Hori and the others, I thought he would be those emo edgelords like 8man or Ishigami but he turned out to be a sweetie. A sweetie with a really hot style. Shoujo lead material. It's been quite a while since I fell this hard for a character in high school lmao. He's Uta in a different universe. I felt sad for Ishikawa. Being rejected is always hard. But he has the potential to be Miya's bestie. I smell a potential bromance. Shoujo material. Why does this feel like a shoujo anime disguised as shounen lol All in all a great premiere. I'm looking forward to the following episodes. |

| Okay where to start. The OP and ED are so perfect they are the best (even better then Dawn by Lisa). I love the interaction between Hori and Miya. I feel a connection with them already and it's going to get deeper and better. Miyamura is so cool too. His attitude and presentation makes him my fav MC of this season so far. I just can't wait until next week. 5/5 |

| I might be seriously mistaken, sorry, last read it a few year ago, either the webcomic or the manga . But that was too much condensed. and i feel like they skipped over a memorable section early on. And i definetly remember Souta having more scenes this early on. And really.... that was too fast, Hori getting a little disheartened to now that Yoshikawa saw the Real Miyamura, like just 10 minutes in. Like, let the relationship between the two set in, before trying to sip over to the development of it. Same with Tooru's confession. The scene lacks as much impact when it happens just 20 mins in, when we barely had any time to get attached to these characters. Also, there's no proper Transitioning from chapter to chapter. it just happens, which is just so jarring, and more confusing to someone who never read the source material. Even mentioned within the Episode, that some time has passed since their meeting, but the way it's presented, it seems like they just met three days ago, and not only Souta, but Hori has grown attached to Miyamura too fast. And i swear, I'll.... I'll... I'll Definetly ...Cry.... To be real tho, i'm digging the Artstyle, and the Opening. I thought that the Art can't get any better than the amazing Manga Art, but this is gorgeous.. Although, Hori does.... look a bit.... less Tomboyish. Most definetly now, waiting for the Father to show up, you know who i mean. He's the best man of the story! Also Yeah... i'm fanboying, so what? I have a sizeable expectations for something, finally, this time around. |

| I'm not going to lie, I kind of wish the coloring for this was a little less saturated than it is. I feel like the way the characters are drawn here is made for a slightly more muted color palette. Other than that, this was beautiful. A little fast-paced for a first episode perhaps, but it kept my interest from start to finish, which is kind of hard to do for me with romance/slice of life stuff. Definitely looking forward to the next couple of episodes where they will hopefully slow down just a bit. |

It's certain that you have at least someone you are really comfortable with then they are around and you can be your true self. Hori obviously like Miyamura. But I'm not yet sure if Miyamira feels the same. And I'm looking forward to the development of their relationship. Such a cute and funny couple. |
| Quick question. Is it revealed till when are they going to adapt? Because i'm genuinely curious about how they're going to rework it into Anime broadcast of 12(i guess?) Episodes. There so much content, and so much buildup, to just one significant benchmark, even in the Manga, which seems to be the base for this adaptation. |

| knew about this series for years just never got around to reading it but i did hear good things, this was great i really liked everything outside of the teacher.. at first i was man i just watched this same show last night but thankfully it killed all the tropes i was expecting and instantly became more enjoyable ,what do you do when both leads are best girls?! for real i really like the clean designs but at the same time they don't look that much different between genders. will say as a anime only this pacing felt lighting fast in their relationship |

| I can safely say I was pleasantly surprised. Last time that manga people hyped up a comedy like it would transcend the universe was Grand Blue, and I was vastly disappointed by the unfunny, repetitive jokes and a mediocre direction. But Horimiya so far has been pretty good actually . The only content I didn't really liked was just the first sequence (everything before the opening), when even the jokes didn't really land. But if you put that aside, it was an amazing start. I got huge vibes from Tsurezure Children, but with extended time, and some additional elements like giving a little bit more drama and a some more subplots to work the couple, which is great. That show could have easily been an 8 if it stayed consistent, and if it actually surpassed the initial episodes it could have been a 9. So my hope is that Horimiya can actually achieve this level of quality eventually. Also, is it just me, or this Winter 2021 alone is already better than the entire year of 2020? I'm even more sure of that considering I'm putting SNK Final Season in Winter 2021 as well. |

| Having read the manga for years, this is such a welcome addition! I enjoyed the episode fully with its voices. The voice actors did a really nice job of inflection and were a great addition to the art. Good stuff! |

This adapts Chapter 1 and 3, pretty straight forwardly too (other than the addition of Yosuda-sensei being a creep). What happens in chapter 2 is seemingly significant, , but I never remember this really being referenced afterwards. Cutting it out seems insignificant, tbh, but they might just add it in somewhere else. |

| That was pretty awesome. The main couple kicked off much faster than I was anticipating. Of course it's not official yet or w/e but they are getting along very well. Very cool that the title is combing two characters names like in Toradora. |

| Great first episode, Hori is really cute, I love her already. I had my weekly dose of fluff from last season's Tonikaku Kawaii, and this season it will be Horimiya, can't wat for the next episode! |
