| Okay so it's a dormant volcano? But when they show the panorama at 610-30 it's all blackened and brown. It just does not look good. I know that a lot of weebs dream about going to Japan. Would this be a place you'd want to see? A barren charred hillside? The views of Mt Fuji are good, but you can get better views of it elsewhere. Once again I find the choice of locations baffling. But it's a pleasant show with fun characters- even though Nadeshiko & Rin will always be the best of this anime. I sort of want the two of them to ride together on the moped somewhere. That would be an adventure! Their worrying about Rin is one of the things I did appreciate- riding a slow moped or a motorcycle is extremely dangerous, I know because I've ridden both- it felt really nice that everyone cares about each other's safety so much and expresses it. 10/10 for that. This anime is pleasant but the first season was slightly better. The cast felt a little too big here, and the girls all look kind of the same so it was hard to tell them apart. I did not appreciate the cgi models, wish more of the backgrounds were authentic. But most of all the locations didn't really jump out as special. A lot of the places looked very barren and weedy. The relationships between the characters is what it was really about. |
