| A very sweet episode again. The hot springs story reinforces the whole "it's about the journey not the destination" theme the series as a whole has, and the second part is obviously some long awaited progression in Fern and Stark's relationship. Frieren shows us in quick succession how perceptive and helpful she can be, followed by how completely useless and naive she is when Stark and Fern ask her for advice respectively lol. The show continues to look and sound beautiful, the animation is amazing. No real complaints. With pretty much any other show I think I would be complaining about the pace or lack of plot movement by this point, but as I said above, Frieren is all about the journey, the destination is pretty much incidental and an excuse to get that journey going. Now 7 more episodes to go. |

Ok, can anyone explain why we never see Fern and Frieren use their ability to fly to avoid walking/climbing so much? I can't imagine that Stark is so heavy that they couldn't carry him between them for short distances and yet they're constantly climbing up and down steep inclines, never mind longer distances. Was/is this ever explained?

every episode of this season just leaves me with the same thought every week. that this season is better than the last.
| @ryzxgum The upcoming arcs are better than anything on Season 1, though I'm not sure how many Season 2 will cover in remaining 7. My calculation is that in ends with the Arc. |

Well at least you freaks got some more foot fetish content out of this episode. i know a lot of you were gooning the first time around from all the comments about it.

| The hot spring adventure was fun, and it was worth it, IMO. LOL. They made some beautiful memories during that. Other than that, Frieren's tantrum and her crying were so adorable. I love her. Stark and Fern are going to go on a date, and both are confused about what to do in that situation. So, they ask the big parent they have, Frieren. And, she's just too adorable. LOL. And, yes Frieren, you're a great parent to Fern. |

| Finally, the scene from the poster of this season has been adapted. All those efforts just to have a foot bath. But as Eisen said all those pointless adventures that he had with his party remain in his mind as precious memories. That can't be denied ❤️ Stark really freaked out Fern with that date suggestion, haha. I hope Stark makes it a wonderful date for Fern since he has got some fine advice from Grandma Frieren. |

| First half was a bit meh, especially since they didn't even show the fight against the hydra. The view from that mountain was nice though. Second half was much more interesting, especially Frieren was very funny. Never imagined she could throw a tantrum like that, wonder what agitated her back then with Himmel's party. I also noticed that every time she gives relationship advice she copies that smile from Flamme, easys to see where her knowledge is from. Also we better get that date next episode! |
| Loved the episode, an easy 5/5, mainly because I’ve been waiting for this for so long, and finally seeing it animated has me exhilarated. I ain't gonna mention the date, I don’t want any bans for spoilers or anything, but all imma say is, I can’t wait for it! |
