| Even some of the users here feel like insane pitchfork wielders. It's hard to construct an elaborate defense against an allegation on the spot when you're a young girl with an angry mob tying you up and agreeing to burn you to death without any attempt at rational discourse. Mitsumune correctly concludes that them stressing and terrifying her with torture and/or death will negatively impact the coherency and detail of her explanation. They even begin grilling her on her relationship with Seiji, which has absolutely no relevance to their monster visions, showing it's just about entertaining themselves at that point. She clearly isn't a ghost or responsible for their visions, which appear to be a phenomenon long associated with the village; so there's no benefit to killing her at that point. The most you can complain about is that Misaki is being somewhat vague and withholding some information, supposedly for their own safety. That said, explaining every single thing you know about the village (which isn't everything) on the spot to people who are impulsive enough to come to irrational decisions with any info gained is somewhat reasonable. If they haven't come to a collective decision with the slightest amount of sanity before, then they're not going to start. |

| Dude that guy with glasses is awful. Why have none of these idiots died yet. Why is Lovepon still alive -_- Episode 8 and she's still screeching whenever she's on screen and still won't shut up about executing someone. And it looks like the chuuni is back. Great. How tf did he get a bow and arrows out in the wild, and why is he trying to kill people now. |
