| "That one-one hundredth changed you" ~ Eisen That was a good wakeup call to Frieren who surely still has doubts whether her current journey is anything of any importance. Rest assured had she stayed the same, she wouldn't have been here with Fern right now. I like the thought of the 4 legendary heroes having their own disciples. Fern is technically Frieren's disciple so Heiter might have one or more in the Holy City, we don't know about Himmel and then there's Eisen with Stark as his disciple. That small twist where Stark showed his cowardly nature was laughable, pathetic even, but knowing that he hasn't even fought a monster on a proper battle explains why he's so petrified, now I'm even more curious about what Frieren meant regarding Fern's first monster battle! Above all, Stark got the skills, as expected from a disciple of one of the legendary heroes, that explosive axe swings are crazy destructive if they could split the cliffside that huge. Bro just needed more confidence is all. |

| Back with episode six, a nice slow paced episode. Tragic to see Heiter go, i honestly really liked him though i believe we will see him once again once we reach the "heaven" of this world. Which is something im honestly very exicted to see, as i really wanna see more of Himmel and the conversation him and Frieren will have once we reach that moment. The adenture through the woods with thos creatures that could cause hallucinations was very interesting. Though Fern thought she would be able to do it, when it came to it in the heat of the moment she froze up which lead to another one appearing taking shape of Himmel. I found it quite funny when the one that took the shape of Himmel telling Frieren to shoot leading to Fern getting rid of the one that took the shape of Heiter. Hearing about Eisen taking on an apprentice was quite unexpected though its very nice of the other heros to take on an apprentice. The introduction of Stark was cool and i thought he was gonna be a menacing lad but it turns out that he froze up in the moment when it came to facing the dragon which is kinda disappointing but atleast he is still quite a strong guy, i cant wait to see more of him. |

| No surprise that Heiter and Himmel appeared for both of them, wonder if Fern would've been able to pull the trigger without Frieren acting first. I like that a dragon is still a threat, even for one of the strongest mages around. I like the idea that Eisen's apprentice will join them, the next generation seems promising with Fern and Stark... though I guess generations work differently for Frieren xD |

| We finally got to meet the Warrior that appears in the opening! His name is Stark, and his actually the apprentice of Eisen! That's really interesting actually. I was finding Start a bit too serious from what I was expecting, due to the opening, and when he started begging Frieren for help it was just hilarious, I don't even know him, but it just seems to fit his character xD The whole story how people think the dragon doesn't show up because of him is actually really funny too, and now he's stuck in this cicle. But we get to learn that, even if he's afraid of fighting monsters, he actually is really strong! Can't wait to see them in action in the next episode! Also, I can already see that Fern and Stark are going to have an interesting and intense relationship, with a lot of bickering xD But it's funny how Fern didn't really like him, but she was actually a bit like him when she first had to fight a monster, which just shows they're going to get along really well! I wasn't planning on watching another episode today, but now I need to watch the next one! I'm loving the cast so far! |

| Oh my God BORING What is it with this show. They stand around talking in monotone, then go for a walk in the woods still talking expository dialogue "Oh if a phantom shows up make sure you shoot it" Then one shows up. Then they shoot it. Wow. More talking. Then they find a comically derivative red dragon- seriously- a red dragon. I feel like I'm watching an adaptation of some D&D fanfic. There's some excitement for about 8 seconds as they run from the hilariously unoriginal and not-scary dragon. Frieren remains blank faced and MONOTONE throughout. Wow. They run into some smug teenager who looks like a Zoomer (well basically he is) and he says the following line: "Dragons are more scary than you know." The show realizes how boring and generic it is, and has to tell us we should have been scared back there. Okay. Based on the intro this kid is going to become a main character. At least he raised his voice once. Nothing about him is original, interesting, entertaining or encouraging- but at least he seems to have more spark than the CHARISMA VACCUUM this show is named for. I'm fairly convinced the popularity of this thing is nothing more than a viral phenomenon that once enough people said they're watching it, hive mentality brought a huge crowd to it. From zoomers I'd expect nothing less. At this point I'm dreading the next episode. |

| What a pleasant anime, very beautiful visually, RPG soundtrack, calm pace of adventure and drama related to the fact that Frieren lives longer than her human friends. It reminds me of the plot of Lost Odyssey. For now it's a 10. |
