What can I say, I liked it. Just like The Last:Naruto movie. I enjoyed seeing their future.

Looks like Naruto finally gave its best. Honestly I thought I was going to be disappointed but HOLY SHIT I really enjoyed it. Also mind-blow Orochimaru's son at the end! 9/10. Middle finger to all haters. I'm not a Naruto fan but anyone gave it less than 7 should go fuck themselves.

The only two things that this movie lacks are the villain's purpose and Hinata+Himawari appearances. Especially the latter one. That's a really fatal flaw. Really. Enjoyed it regardeless.

Was pretty entertaining, the fight choreography with Sasuke and Naruto fighting in sync was the most awesome part for me. So now that you have given us this autobiographical piece, I hope you can spend some time with your children, Kishimoto-sensei :P

Very good movie, and i'm saying this as someone who gave up on the series a long time ago, still this movie managed to be entertaining working really well as a standalone movie. The animation on the action secuences was amazing, the best from the movie IMO 8/10.

I caved and watched this...wasn't really expecting much either but daaaaaannnng, by the end I really liked the new trio. Especially Mitsuki (OROCHIMARU?! You can't be serious.....Mitsuki could potentially be so OP and badass...that is....if he inherited any sort of jutsus/knowledge from his er....parent....) Can't believe I'm saying this....but this actually has me hyped for the new manga...

Damn this was a great movie! Even better than The Last, everyone was right. There was so much I loved about this movie - the family story/dynamic was super compelling to watch! Even something as little as Boruto not wanting to be Hokage to be different from his dad and grandad was very interesting! Seeing the characters interact old and new was great, one thing I loved was that other than for Naruto and Sasuke the movie didn't focus too heavily on the old favourites but more so showing us "the future" like Boruto, Sarada and others. The action like usually always in Naruto was badass but for this movie I feel like they went all out with animating it it looked really good. The Susanoo Samurai Kyuubi looked badass those scenes with Susanoo Kyuubi fighting looked sick! All the fighting scenes were good but especially the ones with the final villains. Naruto and Sasuke teaming up was great to see, they have amazing chemistry and it makes sense why Naruto chased Sasuke for all those years. Oh and how great was Sasuke this movie, I actually effin loved Sasuke this movie he's still his calm Naruto bashing self but he's become much kinder - he was a great teacher to Boruto. The music was great bringing back some throwback's to Shippudden which I enjoyed. My favourite part of the movie was the Naruto and Boruto Rasengan and how it showed all of Naruto's most important Rasengan's and Boruto said something like so this was done so I could be born in the future. It was a nice flashback and the movie did a great job at making everything come full circle. This is a great end to the Naruto series, it's crazy to think that after Kishimoto finished writing the Naruto manga he made The Last to tie up the loose ends for NaruHina and this one which goes past that and shows Naruto as Hokage and everyone grown up and their kids and is just a badass movie. Really enjoyed this movie 10/10. Oh yeah, I heard there'll be a Boruto manga and that Kishi won't be writing it but he'll be supervising it, either way it's very exciting news. This was great, I really enjoyed it.

I hated Boruto's character, through what I learned on the wiki. But, after seeing this, I kinda like him a little more. This movie was way too fast paced. I would have preferred if they placed it after the official canon storyline, in the anime (after the Infinite Filler jutsu is broken, that is), that way Boruto would truly have time to mature, and learn the importance of his father, rather than have a sudden reality check. To put it simply, I would like for it to have the Resurrection F / Battle of Gods treatment. The story okay. I mean, that was a lot to try to squeeze into one 90-100 minute movie, you know? You had the whole Kaguya/Otsutsuki clan story to wrap up, though it was in a really shitty way (a 12-year-old boy, his father, and his father's friend took down what a goddess needed a whole army for). Truthfully, I really hope the new Boruto manga is as decent. I don't think it will be, but I'll give it a chance, considering I want more of the Boruto generation. Also, I would love to have another movie, somewhere down the road. Not exactly 2-3 years from now, but maybe five or so. Give Kishi a break. But yeah, it was a good "end" to the series, 8/10.

To be honest I thought the movie was bad. Kishi made another ass-pull and made Naruto as a character completely different and unbelievable. 1. Boruto can't call him dad? (Naruto said Granny to the 5th and Old Man to the 3rd) 2. He waits til Shikamaru leaves to show emotion about Boruto progressing in the anime? Since when does smiling goofball Naruto not show emotion? 3. The world has been at peace for like 15 years why on earth does Naruto have bags under his eyes and doesn't have time for his kids birthday? It's such an obvious way for Kishi to create a conflict that shouldn't exist. The Naruto in the movie is nothing like the Naruto we've seen throughout the series. So he sticks to his way and his happy self throughout wars and loss but becomes a boring man as hokage during peace? So lame. So obviously to create a comflict with his son that would never happen if he was the Naruto he's always been. And all this praise from Boruto to Sasuke simply cuz Sasuke is Kishi's favourite and he wants to make him look good. Villains were boring as well with little personality and no development. I think it's time to restart the Naruto series and stop watching it when I reach the war-arc and pretend it never happened.

He's obviously supposed to be a male but... the fk is an Orochimaru anymore :p And who was that guy that was watching them at the end. |

10/10 Can't believe it's even better than The Last. Boruto was such an interesting character. A main character based on him would seriously be awesome. Instead of aiming to be the main man, he aimed to be the hero working in the shadow. Totally ship Boruto and Sarada. Very cute. Lack of screen time for many people is totally acceptable since there's no way 90 minutes can cover everyone. I especially wanted to see Asuma and Kurenai's kid, but whatever. There will be the new manga about Boruto, won't it? The animation and the OST (obviously) is top notch. Can't complain about that. That credit song is also very good. All those flashbacks really hit the feels very hard. Very emotional. Just can't watch the anime you grow up with without getting emotional, eh? A glimpse of Jiraiya almost made me cry there. For fuck's sake, very emotional. No kidding. By the way, other than Naruto, it seems like everyone only had one child. Did they have one-child policy or something there? XD

Ot: first of all i dont know if it's just me but there is something wrong with animation doesn't look good as anime shippuden lol dat cake fall ,hinata hair cut isn't kawaii xd when boruto started running i thought he will do something but he change his cloth and look in the mirror sadly we didnt see boruto sister in action anyway 8/10 i enjoyed this movie. |

This is really better than Naruto The Last Movie, even though I can't say the same to the animation and art, which could be better, c'mon this is a movie not a weekly filler episode. Boruto's Rasengan attracted my attention, it is small but throwable, something that Naruto couldn't do until he got Sage Mode. Perhaps Sasuke was right, Boruto would make a better ninja than his father. I want manga side story about Orochimaru and Mitsuki......I'm really curious who is Orochimaru's wife, if he really had it.....I just hope Mitsuki isn't a result of some weird experiment.

This is definitely one of my favorite Naruto movie. The fight scenes were really well done. Ending the fight with a giant rasengan is really overused now though. Im kinda bummed that Naruto still has a female voice actor like come on, he's probably in his thirties now. At least get a voice actor that doesnt sound like someone who's still experiencing puberty. Before the manga ended I thought it wouldnt be a good idea to make a sequel but now Im kinda happy that they decided to make Boruto.

i really enjoyed this movie, i liked the new generation (Boruto, Sarada, Mitsuki) even tho Boruto can be annoying. and that reveal at the end about Orochimaru being Mitsuki's father was fuckin awesome. The only two things i didn't like about the movie was 1- The villians 2- How they changed Naruto's character. Naruto's character never changed even during the hardest times (Jiraya's death, Sasuke's betrayal, the war...etc) and now after he achieves his dream and becomes a Hokage and finally has a family that cares about him he change for the worse? Yeah i'm not buying that. They only changed his character so there would be a conflict between him and Boruto. Which was lame. anyway, Great movie 8/10

Since when Naruto became douchbag? He is acting like tired, old, bitter man not like someone who accomplish his biggest dream of becoming hokage. Where his fire gone? 4th hokage, his father, was still kind man even after becoming head of the village. Naruto dream was to be hokage, because he wanted to be closer to the people, and yet now he's kinda more isolated then ever. This high tech addition kill all genuine mood. It fucked up the whole mystical ninjas world concept to me.

I finally managed to find the japanese voice HD version and watched it. Man, this brought me back, it brought me back so damn far... 10 years to be exact, when I started watching anime and one of the first ones was Naruto. This was really great movie by the way and well after it I definitely look forward to the new Boruto manga, even if it will have crappy art and bad story. Before that however I suddenally feel like re watching Naruto again... I don't know when was the last time I thought like that. BTW, I love how Naruto for the whole series always kept on reparting that he was going to become a Hokage... not knowing what he is signing up for. Here however, Boruto see what being Hokage really means... not enough sleep, not enough time for family, not enough time for anything, basically living for other peoples sake... yea... fuck that shit, I am just going to become a badass

Although the message of 'cheaters never prosper' was a little too forced, I mean Boruto even cheats in his videogames, you could've been a little more subtle. Naruto cheated all the time as a kid, like how he learned rasengan with the shadow clone or how he beat Neji, although he didn't use technology it doesn't make it any better. Felt a 'winners don't use drugs' vibe as well lol, since the ninja tool is blatantly supposed to be like performance enhancing drugs. The climax of the film was incredible, Yamashita proves to be the saving grace of the Naruto franchise with his animation and giving him the director's seat was a godsend. Showing all the flashbacks of the rasengan being used and the remixed series theme made me shed a few tears not gonna lie. Overall, great stuff, best Naruto movie and arguably one of the highlights of the series as a whole, definitely don't think Shippuden's finale can come close to this sadly.

It's too bad he got caught cheating at first lol. The scene where Naruto and Boruto do the Rasengun together brought me to tears when Boruto was like "Wow, dad went through this much?" 7/10 |

Just when I got used to all the modern looking stuff and technology, they throw internet and email at my face. Hell no. D: Other than that, didn't expect to like this, but I actually liked the father-son dynamic they took (forget the daughter though -rolls eyes-). I guess having the mangaka be involved in the movie really helps (is this a reflection of his view on his own relationship with his child?). And it shows how Naruto's pretty awkward with his kids lol- probably because of his own upbringing. The villain was laughable, but I liked the taijutsu, so meh. -shrugs- On another note, who the hell is Mitsuki's... other parent? (Mother..?)

Hmm... I give the movie a 7/10 because I absolutely loved how Naruto and Sasuke teamed up, so awesome :3 The ending was fine :3 But I didn't like how they portrayed Naruto, the third and fourth hokage did have time for their family even though they most likely were as busy. It's good that Boruto is not like his father and wants to choose his own ninja way but he is not my kind of main character. He reminded me of how annoying Sakura were, not because of her affections for Sasuke but her attitude in general, Boruto was a jerk and thought being a ninja was easy as pie, but he came through in the end :3

Finally! finally I was able to see it. I actually went in with low expectations cause I heard Naruto's character was changed and he was all cold and stuff and tbh even though I disliked him ignoring his family I think he actually wanted to show Boruto how hard it was to make it this far, He just didn't know how to go about that and it ended up with him ignoring Boruto. In the end I really liked the movie, Felt like a good way to send off the series (Now we have the Boruto manga though, Hopefully it turns out decent). Anyway the movie in all honesty was nothing special but all the Nostalgia, Classic OST , Sasuke Naruto team ups and pretty much just seeing the characters in the future made it super enjoyable for me. The villains seemed like they were just thrown in there for the sake of it but the fight sequences were just awesome. Nice parallel drawn between the antagonist and Boruto's original mindset. Didn't really like Boruto putting on Naruto's jacket at first, Just didn't feel he was appropriate for it but towards the end I was sort of okay with it. My favorite scene was Naruto giving Boruto chakra for the Rasengan and Boruto realizing how hard it must have been for Naruto to reach the point he has. Couldn't help but grin at all those stills from the original series :D 8/10

The only real deal with the film is how... not exactly out of place but somewhat villains are. What are they? Madness for sure. 90 minutes went way smoother than those 15 years the Naruto is broadcast. As someone had stated, enemies here seemed to be more of an epic fight material, nothing else, nothing more. Hard to imagine them being such a threat that Kaguya sent cogs in motion for those 15 years of one of the greatest series known on this planet. Ending story aside it was great but I now have to watch the rest of the Kaguya fight probably knowing how it ends. Which is extremely lame.

Well, I believe that everyone should understand what this movie was made for. You can have zero build-up for characters that are supposed to pose a real threat (talking about the after-kaguya-period villains here) to the cast of a series that has lived for 15 years and got nurtured with satisfying development and reasoning; especially in an only 5-episode worth piece. It is just a spin-off that puts the lights on how Boruto is growing gradually to finally come to understand and respect his busy Dad, and how the latter tries to deal with that situation in an action-packed layout. When you understand that, you'll get to enjoy the movie and recognize the real purpose it should convey to the real fans: which is the NOSTALGIA! The art is astonishing, and the animation is outstanding. Really liked them. I also liked the development of some of the characters. It's good to see everyone's new position in the village. Shikamaru as the wise advisor. Hinata and Sakura as the mature and supporting moms. And Sasuke as the trustworthy friend! I liked how they dealt with the chemistry between Naruto and Sasuke. Sasuke has become a mature and completely reliable friend. That friendly side of him is so nice which made me develop more respect to him. HOLY MOLY those two moments were what I liked the most! Rivals' friendship at its best! And their final combo against the main antagonist was nothing but superb! - Naruto was like: "let's teach him a lesson, Sasuke!" - Sasuke was like: "yeah.." *reverse situation plays* - AND I WAS LIKE YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! Loved the scenes between Boruto and Sarada as well especially that "Hokage's right hand" resolve offered by Boruto. That was sweet. A great and enjoyable movie overall. If you feel like wanting to see more about their interactions and retrieve the NOSTALGIA, this movie will definitely do it for you!

Really good movie, a little slow at start with the kids, but when those 2 guys invade the exams it goes 0 - 100 real quick, and keeps it at 100 until the end. Also really loved the OST, and I really got surprised how much hand to hand fighting there was, that's why we got to love Naruto in the first place, so whoever came up with them having to fight that guy with Taijutsu, a big thank you. Everyone did their thing, old Naruto and Sasuke were awesome, especially Sasuke, he wasn't your standard douche, well maybe a little but you can tell the guy matured a lot. Also the other Kages, great teamwork. Overall def the best movie of the franchise. Sadly I read the Boruto manga before watching this, and the Sarada and Mitsuki spin offs, so I kinda already knew a lot of stuff, but still I'm really glad I waited for the original version to watch it in full glory. If they can keep it up on this level, I won't mind more Boruto movies.
