| Oh drama! Hearing what Mikari likes about her Senpai leads to Ririsa also confessing albeit as someone who "loves Senpai" as "a Senpai Otaku" rather is "in love with Senpai". Not wanting this knowledge to get in the way of their friendship and bonds as a cosplay group, Mikari promises not to interfere should Ririsa ever date Senpai, too. Unfortunately, that knowledge is already out as Okumura senpai heard everything (was his first crush one of the cosplayers now???). For a shameless Otaku, other people's judgement doesn't get the better of him, but he does not think that others might care about him either until Mayuri sensei explains in terms of the manga characters, Lilel and Ashford. He reflects on why the photo he took of Mikari's swimsuit Miliel was so perfect; she smiling not for the camera but for him. Ririsa and Senpai are on the same wavelength; there are others who can cosplay Lilel like Xiaoyu, and whether their's is better or worse, Senpai wants to photograph Ririsa's Lilel, and she wants to be Lilel, to occupy the same physical space, not just a canvas that one wouldn't realize the cosplayer underneath was Ririsa. It's all good when they talk it out, but when she goes for the pose and he goes for the shutter, they are saying everything yet nothing. Turns out she didn't tell the whole truth to Mikari; Ririsa expresses love for Senpai, believing he would see it as 2D Lilel's love for Ashford; but he tries to see this 3D Lilel's love for Ashford as the cosplayer, Ririsa's love for him, capturing it perfectly. |

| Wow. That was an incredible episode... I could write some big long thing about all of the romance evolutions and contexts here... but honestly, it was so well written that it speaks for itself, it covers all the bases and says everything extremely true. And there's gonna be another season! Wow! I dunno the source material, but as always, if it ends up some kind of poly relationship i will be extremely happy～ In every harem or triangle or whatever polygon, i always hated the stupid "only one girl wins" rule... Why can't everyone be happy together? It is such a no-brainer to me. |

| What a Season Finale!! Confrontation of Feelings between Mikari and Ririsa. Emotional scene with Okumura talking about his anxiety and past trauma. Ngl at first i came for Trashy Ecchi romcom but i actually invested and stay for plot. Overall solid first season. 7.5/10 Will definitely coming back for the Second Season. |

| The Mikari ship hasn't sunk yet, although it's practically impossible to reach its destination. But still, Mikari looked really hot, amazing, and cute the whole time through. Especially Mikari under the blankets and Mikari wanting a picture with Okumura. Didn't think I'd enjoy this as much as I did. Will watch S2. |

| I absolutely loved this series! Admittedly, according to readers of the manga, the ecchi side isn't quite as daring, but personally I found the series sexy enough for my tastes. The animation directors have done a fantastic job for the 4 angels in Team Liliel, each more magnificent than the last. They all revolved around the pivot of the anime, our MC Okumura, who took his place as hero as he should have. Funny, chad, his role in the story and with each of the heroines' arcs was interesting to follow and special mention goes to the end of Aria's arc, in episode 21, for the scene with Aria's father and his monologue with Enoki Junya's incredible performance. The storytelling is reminiscent of sports anime in general (even the series was aware of this): the appearance of rivals, the coach and the training, and all this for a series about cosplay! Quite ingenious on the author's part, as well as teaching us a few things about the world of cosplay. Not much else to add, a real favourite, very happy that there's a season 2 planned. J.C. Staff has produced a quality series. And...Who will convince Okumura that 3D isn't so bad? |
| I'm so happy to see the characters growing!! From the start, it was going well and I felt during the middle it kinda got lost and overly taken by the cosplay aspect but it brought it around towards the end. I can't wait for season 2! A good way to end season 1 with a lot of the relationships growing and now we get to see how they grow and impact the manga club ;D Also, it is pretty nice they announced season 2 within the anime, I feel I don't see that so often  |

| I enjoyed this anime so much!! I never expected it to be this good when I started it nor that it would make me cry as much as it did. Even though I wish they had a little more ecchi like the manga does, it was still great to watch and refreshing to see such personal growth and storyline in a female harem, I can't wait for the second season :3 Rating it a 9/10 <3 |
| From the start I thought this was a "meh" anime, but once it started getting into the cosplay, it got really good. Then, these last 5 episodes or so just elevated the whole thing completely, developing all of the characters which I love they didn't ignore any of them. I actually think this is quite underrated now just because the ending of this was so good lol. Happy it got a second season too |
| Really loved it ! Already a fan of the cosplay community, and it has everything you need to know about ^^ With a good story and showing the complexity of relationships, love, friends, family, work, or even some weird otaku complex, and I like it its pretty realistic, not over the top, of course its always harder to manage irl x) But beside the cosplay, this show have a lot of beautiful messages and moral Now I just wanna go to the next cosplay convention near by lol |
| Hm... would have been more enjoyable anime without all that overreacting drama scenes, which also was repetitive/recycled over and over even when they have made their point. I couldn't help but to get fed up with those over the time. First couple of episodes were the most enjoyable ones, and not only because of the ecchi/fanservice scenes (which were heavily toned down, unfornutely). Also the production value dropped in some episodes from the 2nd half. These last episodes are an example how the art looked pretty average is some scenes. I don't know why, but I feel like this has been happening more frequently to anime in general? Hopefully not. I am down to watch the 2nd season, by the way. Hopefully it won't follow the same drama pattern that his season as adopted, but we will see. All in all a 7/10 anime, I guess. |

| This anime got a lot better towards the end. I tried to binge watch this from the beginning but the first half of this show was boring af and I almost dropped it. Then I decided to watch just 1 episode every other day or so and managed to watch till the end. Episode 21 with Aria's dad was the single best episode of this anime and raised my personal rating of the show from a 4/10 to 6/10. The episodes leading to episode 21 and the ones after that were all pretty decent too. It also ended on a good note with our dense protagonist finally getting some character development? or not. My past experience with watching similar popular anime tells me that everything will go back to square one again even after this development cuz they gotta prolong the series to squeeze all the profits. They'll probably introduce more girls and even more generic plot before abruptly ending the series like what happened with Higarashi-sensei's manga. I'm not really looking forward to season 2 but since it's already announced I'll probably check it out once it airs. |

| Woah! This was a rollercoaster of emotions, the story was great, the character development was on a whole other level, the message was important and made me feel joy and even a little sadness, which very few anime usually succeed in, if anime succeeds in something like this, it's automatically a 10/10 masterpiece from me; i definitely recommend watching this <3 |

| Well why not, it seems like Okumura learned a lot about love especially thanks to the teacher and now the girls are also more and more interested in him... with S2 being already announced I'm curious to how this part will develop nexrt time, an harem ending would be very fun lol |

| Definitely one of the best harem anime I've ever seen. It made me tear up multiple times, and I can't believe how good it was. |
| Okumura had quit a bit of character development in a single episode and so did Mikari and Ririsa. Had me tear up a few times. Mikarin is still best girl to me. Good it wasnt left hanging if there would be a second season or not. |

| Mikari's love confession might of came with a case of accidental eavesdropping by her crush and teacher but oh boy if it didn't lead to an actual breakthrough in Okumura. Mayuri gave him great advice about relationships, and aptly put it in a way he could understand. Just because dating sims and romance ani-manga present love one way, doesn't mean he has to shy away from Mikari because he's currently lacking those feelings. Also, he's gained some self worth and accepts that others can value him. Good! This show was excellent, I loved all the focus on stanning an anime character and how important these communities can be for people. The dive into the competitive cosplay scene was also neat. Characters were great, the dub and its scriptwriting was peak, and I am so happy to see that it's getting a season 2. I can't wait for that. |
