How satisfied are you with the cast and staff?

I just watched the first episode of Anne Shirley, whose the titular character share the same VA with our Waguri Kaoruko. I think Inoue Honoka did a great job (at last in this episode) to voicing a bright, cheerful, and energetic girl like Anne Shirley and Waguri Kaoruko.

While the announcement broke out, first I was skeptical. Why a character that loved by fans casted for an unpopular seiyuu? It's make me set my expectation lower. But after I watch the first episode of Anne Shirley, I know why she was chosen. I hope Inoue-san could make a great performance for voicing our Kaoruko.

@B3DNAR yeah, me too. I agree, she sounds like a 6yo... I always imagined her with a calm, soft voice, not so high-pitched... :<

I was expecting like megumi Han,the voice in my head that was I thinking was Yamato from ore monogatari,super high pitched voiced tbh

I honestly have no clue why the Japanese are obsessed with making an anime where the shy girl or sometimes even boy, moans everytime they speak. Like bro no human being who's actually shy talks like that lmao. I was fine with this trope before but over the time it just starts to piss you off.
