| Based on the premise of episode 1, it seems like one of those lighthearted shows just to pass the time. I didn’t find it bad, but nothing special so far. The question is, will every episode take place in the stadium? ? Ruriko seems like one of those annoying characters, similar to Nagatoro, teasing the protagonist lol. The whole episode just kept reminding me of that Woody Woodpecker episode in the baseball stadium lol. |
| Diet Nagatoro: Ballpark Edition. Ruriko's cute, but I've seen it all before. Gal x Depressed Salaryman is a slight improvement over Gal x Nerd... The security guard story, however, is what sold the episode for me. I'm hoping to see more characters with interesting stories in the future. |

| It doesn't matter if this show is good or not because it's baseball, everyone loves baseball. However, I did find this to be pretty enjoyable to watch, especially that moment with the security guards. |

| Fun first episode. Ruriko is a good female lead, she's funny and has a lot of personality in this episode alone. I don't know about our main male lead, though (didn't bother learning his name, sorry). He isn't bad, but he didn't leave a single impression on me either. Also, his design is weird. Oh yeah, I also liked the 3rd segment of the episode with the old security cop guy. Also, the OP and ED are good, and the animation for the ED is peak. So far, it seems to be pretty alright. I don't really know what to expect for this show, but I'll tune in for Episode 2 next week. |

| Yo, the animation in that ED was awesome! The song was whatever, but I loved that art style. I'm a big baseball fan, so I'm sure I will enjoy this one well enough. Nothing special really going on here, but the unique workplace setting is nice. It was pretty fun, anyway. Interested to see if our main guy gets a job there too or just remains a regular fan. He seems to dislike his current job, after all. Plus, those bags under his eyes don't seem healthy. |

| Didn't know I needed a baseball Slice of Life in my life and watch schedule. With some romantic spice at that. And this was very low near the bottom of my priority list of things to watch for spring seasonals, but I saw that it started airing a lot earlier than the majority of others I have planned, so figured "Why not?" Sometimes it's good to lean into those whims. It helps that baseball is underrepresented in anime (even if personally I'm no fan or follower of the sport) and the girl is adorable. But I see this as being more a SoL than a hardcore sports anime anyway, similar to what Sorairo Utility was for golf last season, except probably even moreso (and obviously a little more aged up/adult versus CGDCT). For some reason it also reminds me of the police SoL from a few years ago, Police in a Pod. |
| Hmm, quite cute. Wish Murata was a little older though with a beard. Being a little too young to be burned out being a salary man. Also, it's quite expensive to buy tickets for games and beer so he shouldn't be there that often but whatever. |

| The 1st part felt like nagatoro. The later security part was pretty wholesome. The girl is pretty cute so I liked it. 4.5/5 so I rounded up. |

| Liked it so far. Anime about fan culture and stadium catches my intrest. With some teasing romance added too. Have to see if they can keep it refreshing for entire season. Wasn't on my priority list but will try it out for 3-4 episodes. |
| Picking this one up. #1 selling point, its not in a damn high school. Ruriko is fun, somewhat of a teasedere, but also covering up her own insecurity. It feels more like it should have a Slice of Life tag in addition to or in place of the Team Sports tag, because it all about the workers and fans in the stadium, rather than the game. I am getting some damn tired of the fricking male hairstyle with the two small bangs crossing over the nose. But, yeah, Kotourou's character design screams loser so hopefully he gets a LOT of personality development as we go along, he has a ways to go just to catch up with Ruriko. I can see a big theme will be the pair helping each other with the insecurities ans shyness. | Ruriko is really cool! I love how she’s putting in her all at this new job, while this overworked corporate guy seems totally burned out. The contrast between her cheerful vibe and his dullness is super interesting. I’m definitely curious to see how the story develops, especially since it’s set in a baseball stadium—kind of a fun twist! |

And it definitely would were the database entry created and overseen a few years ago on MAL, before the ridiculous and arbitrary policy change regarding use of the "Slice of Life" genre tag. Basically, it excludes its use whenever the genre tags for comedy and/or drama (I think romance too) are also used. Otherwise it and many other series which aired within the past few years would have been tagged very differently to appropriately reflect their SoL nature. |
| i just started learning about baseball and this anime is so promising from the first ep even though its main focus is on the characters. nevertheless it's so freaking enjoyable ahhh and the main girl is friggin awesome and cute. i love it sm !! looking forward to next episodes *.* |

| And so Ruriko got her first regular customer. The spring season of 2025 began. I had made a note of this manga, and when I saw that it was going to be animated, I waited for the adaptation. I liked the first episode. Ruriko is very pretty and cheerful. And it looks like there will be more stories with other characters, which will be interesting. Good episode. The opening and ending are good.    |

Well, the Japanese government has long wanted to increase alcohol sales and make the new generation more athletic. So the anime is about baseball, which is very popular in Japan. And people are encouraged to go to the stadiums, watch, drink beer and join the social culture, talk to strangers, not sit at home like hikikomori. This anime is Japanese government propaganda. There's a child who's lost for a reason. And it's also about the fact that it's OK to have children, and you can have fun with them, even at the stadium. Be fruitful and multiply.

| @Amadeiro Eh, everything is a propaganda if you think about it. If not from government, then individuals. Anyway, I don't give two shits about baseball, but by the looks of it, neither does anyone else in this anime so far. As long as they don't start talking about baseball, I'll watch it. The moment they do, I'll drop it. Characters are average so far as well. If the whole anime is about people wasting time watching people hit a tiny ball for hours, I'm ditching this. I'm giving this 1-2 more episodes. If this plot doesn't seem to be going anywhere outside of the stadium, it's getting a 1/10 from me. |
