Definitely one of the harder hitting episodes, though I still believe Shiki's route hits far harder and Shizuka's (Ms. Boobs) is generally a much more brutal route since hers is extremely tense almost the entire route, and grounded in some particularly unsettling themes. Both routes are really good though... Still bummed we wont get to see those routes.

I do wonder how they're going to do the extended route considering Shiki has only appeared silently very briefly (small red hair girl) and not really been introduced in the anime... Guessing its just going to be random lore reference with her helping, unnamed, and anime viewers just gotta accept it as is when it comes probably.
