| Hand Holding? AND a confession?!!!! In Episode 1?!!!!!! This looks fun. The manga has been in my TBR list for ages but I never came around to reading it. It's well produced, and the vibes remind me of Witch Watch, which restored my faith in School rom coms. |

| Great first episode. I much prefer anime that starts out with a romance and then deals with the situations rather than the frustration of waiting to see if they'll hook up. So this should be a fun watch |

| My 10th Winter 2026 anime! 🙌🏻 Bruh, last season we had Inexpressive Kashiwada and Expressive Oota, this is just the opposite of that 🤣 This is my one and only heartwarming and wholesome romance anime this season 🤣👌🏻 needed every season. Perfect Seiyuus for both Suzuki and Tani. And with this, I have at least one anime to watch everyday this season 😁 3:30 holy crap we got a confirmed feelings already 3 minutes in 🤣🙌🏻 head over heels I was right. Pink haired heroine Suzuki is voiced by Suzushiro Sayumi who is also voicing Rirui from The Daily Life of a Single 29-Year-Old Adventurer this season too! 🤣🙌🏻 she is the definition of a troll voice. From Ami, Himari, to Iroha. She has one hell of a track record. I do love how cold and blunt Tani is 🤣 Suzuki is a bit of a masochist I see 😅 3:43 Ah that’s pretty clever 😂 the beginning of the OP, all the pictures of them are positioned in a way that spells out the Japanese name of the anime. Seihantai na Kimi to Boku 7:20 Burger King 🤣 12:30 HE HELD HER HAND! 😯🫢 13:30 now this is the wholesome heartwarming romance I signed up for! 🤣🙌🏻 love it! 18:05 SHE JUST CONFESSED OUT LOUD! 😯🫢 20:40 AND SHE CONFESSED TO HIM! 🤣🙌🏻 WE GOT A CONFESSION ON EPISODE 1 BOYS! No need to wait the whole season until the end! 22:20 AND HE LIKES HER BACK! LET’S GO! 🤣🙌🏻 we eating good with this one boys  |

| That's HOW you build a great hook (ep 1) in a romcom anime adaptation! good visuals, good animation, good coloring, good micro-expression etc. See? Really a funny premise and wow already a confession on the first episode! |

| You know, I wasn't sure about starting another show this season but somehow Twitter convinced me to give it a shot and so far it's the one with the most unexpected best start. It's a high school romcom but this time the extroverted girl admires the introverted boy and unlike others where there is a confession way after the fact or none at all here the tension for her to talk her feelings out is such that she ends up doing it. Yes, an episode one confession and they both like each other. Also the class Suzuki was so worried about didn't mind it, more so, encouraged her to tell him. So with that out of the way so fast, what's next? Well for starters that they get to know each other and for that I believe the class will help as a wingman. Maybe they add another romance between 2 others we may or may have not seen, Tani starts going out and Suzuki is more attentive to her studies. The fact that I have room to speculate is good though. Oh and I liked both the opening and the ending. Sweet. |

| Ahh I love this adorable weirdo. I always enjoy the not so perfect characters who try their best. Hopefully it still has somewhere to go after an ep 1 confession. For some romcoms the appeal is in the will they won't they and once they hook up all the magic is gone. |
| What a great start to this romcom especially with the confession done before the end of the episode. While Suzuki kind of messed up when she denied nothing was going on between her and Tani she made up for it twice, first by admitting her love for him to her classmates and then to Tani himself. I liked how her classmates immediately supported her after her admission and the inside joke about her being a 'Suzuki' so she should show them her speed that won't shame her name, haha. Anyways, I'm looking forward to watching this series play out. |
| I love the look of this anime. The OP is amazing. Might be the best OP of the season. But then again, Frieren isn't out yet. Hoo boy. Confession on the first episode? Love to see it. I already liked the premise of the series. But this just made me like it even more. I'm glad I gave this series a shot. Really need the wholesomeness. |

Love the first episode, not what I expected... I thought she's gonna hold her true feelings for few more eps before she let it out, but thank god she did that in 1st ep already, so at least no more "mind game" going on, now they can try to have a relationship and see if they work together as a couple
| @Kai200X absolutely love your comment about seeing how they'll work out together as a couple. Too many adaptations only give the journey of how they get together and call it a happily ever after. Relationships between two people that become a couple take on entirely different form, and while there are times we do get the after story, I feel more often than not we as viewers don't get that side of things (and it feels like we're getting it lesser and lesser nowadays). It feels like nowadays the viewer has been conditioned for the story to end after the confession, so I hope this show rekindles the value that comes from watching how a couple's relationship develops over the course of a story. |
| I wasn't expecting much from this anime, just wanted to try it out as it seemed lots of people were eagerly waiting for it and omg I underestimated it so much-- I gasped and screamed "wtf" when he grabbed her hand it was so unexpected 😭 I love how real it feels, Suzuki's feelings are so relatable, I even teared up when she told her friends "I'm in love with Tani-kun. It's a one-sided love.", setting aside the "try to please everyone" mindset and focusing on what she really wants... Also loved how they both faced each other and explained how they were feeling at the end of the episode, we love honesty and communication 👏 I don't know how great this anime will turn out, but this first episode was a 10/10 for me. It somehow feels refreshing to watch compared to the usual shoujo trope Can't wait for more! |
| THANK YOU! A romcom where Confession is straight up episode 1! My favourite kind of romanaces, now we van enjoy the ride of a loving couple and their antics without the story ending soon. Mind you I do still enjoy long drawn out ones like Dangers of my Heart, but there's always something about quickly couples that feels more satisfying |

Genuinely Peak. This is how romance is supposed to be written. Not an indefinite hiatus of a confession that only happens at the end of the anime or after 4 seasons. That awkward part where the two characters don't know how to confess should be short. I wanna see multiple seasons of a fun relationship, not multiple seasons of "I wonder if they will get together, I honestly don't know," and it's obvious that they are. I'm done being repeatedly edged. On top of that, it isnt gooner bait. I can finally enjoy a cute, simple romcom about two characters stumbling through a relationship together, and it isnt overly sexualized. Peak.
| @OhNoHP You! You I like. I could not agree more with what you're saying. I always find it a bit annoying going through multiple episodes or seasons of "Will they? Won't they?". When Romcoms finally confess straight up, it's just a fun journey from there on. |
