Wow...Gorilla-kun lives upstairs? Don't tell me the others live super nearby as well...that'd be so weird...lol

The OP is kinda hinting that he'll fall for her but right now it's just plain jealousy and I kinda feel bad for the dude (seeing that his parents are entertainers too so there must be some pressure from parents right there)

I wonder if him telling her to "go over to his side" if he wins light a fire in Tamon or not, I can only hope it does as I wait another week again for next ep..... oAo

I hope the rest of the guys in the band aren't all jerks like Ouri. And maybe Ouri can become less of a jerk in time... maybe...

Oh man, what an episode. Having to wait a week after binging 3 episodes is going to be hard 😭

Ouri is such a bitch wtf he's also fake as hell smh. His whole demeanor changed once Utage saw what he was doing with poor Tamon. He's clearly jealous of Tamon and has become even more jealous of him now that Utage is in Tamon's life.

The difference between Ouri and Tamon is as clear as day, Tamon is down to earth and true to himself, while Ouri is a pick me and forces everything. Bro uses boba as a pacifer. Pathetic. And the fact that he was beating Tamon with Utage's fan was rude as hell. He thinks too highly of himself and that's where the problem stems from.

I think Tamon is fired up now that Ouri wants Utage to switch sides if he wins. Ngl tho, Tamon definitely deserved 5th place because wtf was that scenario?? He should've imagined Utage leaving him and how he would feel.

Slowly our girl, Utage, will help Tamon be confident!!

Do the rest of the group members live in the same apartment complex? I'm gonna say yes. Also rip the manager bc he looks so much worse after every epsidoe lmao

I'm surprised Rintaro got 4th place on the Instant Crying contest.

Loved the episode, a solid 5/5, mainly because of how Utage put Ouri in his place, especially in the elevator scene. She really reminded him where he stands and told him to stay in his lane. But what on earth kind of cliffhanger was that? I get that Ouri is attention-deprived, but what in tarnation?

Is his idea of seeking attention stealing other people’s friends? Like how he wants to take Tamon’s housekeeper, Utage? Wow. So he ain't just attention-deprived, but also a straight-up homewrecking burglar cat. I can’t wait to see how Tamon handles this situation, I hope he stands his ground.

For me at least, the first 2 episodes felt way too fast paced for my liking. However, I did see sparks of its potential, that in this episode I feel finally shined.

Very much looking forward to seeing how this rivalry continues to develop and how Tamon will rise over the obstacles put in place.

It’s obvious now that Tamon-kun is a passion project, and I still don’t see how the anime will fall off in later episodes.

J.C. Staff keeps shutting sakuga bros up.

As someone who has been following the manga since the start, I honestly can't believe how much love this adaption is getting!! I wasn't expecting much from J.C. Staff, I figured it would be passable at the least, but they've really been showing off here. It's so gorgeous and it makes me so happy~ β™‘

It's honestly just as charming and funny and heartwarming as the manga, and obviously the presence of actual music for F/ACE really elevates it so much, but they've also been putting so much care into so many scenes that they absolutely did not have to. And let's be honest, it's still very rare for shoujo to get so much attention to their animation - but Tamon-kun really is getting the star treatment here!! β˜†

I really feel like nature is healing after East Fish's adaption of Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai lmao.

J.C.Staff has great adaptations made with lot of love like Saiki K ^^

This anime is literally the "Justin Bieber x Your Name" fanfics on Wattpad, but written by someone who has talent.
I wouldn't be impressed if Ouri turns out to be a romantic interest.

Great episode! I'd already heard that Ouri was supposed to be her second love interest, but his interest in Utage only became apparent at the end of this episode. Still, I imagine it will be difficult for him to catch up with Tamon.

Ah yes the first introduction of the another member of the group and ofc hes a fcking asshole.

Hello ouri and hope you get put in your place very fast by tamon. The fcking audacity on this guy fake ass bum. Also add Nepo baby to his character, famous and well connected parents raising a brat like this.

Anyways enough ranting,i am glad utage came in clutch shutting that bum down and supporting tamon while he was getting bullied like every time he tried to do something she would just shut him down even though bit of her yandere side came out. It was chefs kiss.

Utage my queen!

Now we have another conundrum with the groups new centre being decided (ofc its because the douchebag ouri wanted to be a centre)

Ouri won the first round and tamons down depressed but utage still believes firmly in him.
Ofc the clown ouri makes a stupid bet of making utage his fan if he wins the centre but doesnt know he just woke tamons inner demon.

Also i hope this doesnt turn out to be a stupid love triangle, i dont care how redeemed ouri gets i literally dont want him around utage.

I wonder if they're gonna tackle how toxic this idol worship mentality is on a more deeper level other than it being a gimmick. if it becomes another Heroines Run the Show and glorify this worship and harrassment as something positive. im gonna drop this and slander tf out of it. come off that mentality, there's enough IRL stupid "stans" already

so far it's pretty wholesome and FMC Kinoshita respects her bias and boundary (as much as she can). Kinoshita's pretty funny and this is another reverse harem stuff like Romantic Killer i started liking

One of the most frustrating patterns in idol-centered media is the way extreme fan behavior is reframed as “love,” “loyalty,” or worse—moral righteousness. Tamon-kun Ima Docchi!? unfortunately falls directly into this trap, particularly through the character of Utage and the narrative’s insistence on portraying her actions as admirable rather than alarming.
Let’s be clear from the start: caring about an idol is not the problem. Admiring someone’s work, wanting them to succeed, feeling emotionally connected to their art—this is normal. This is fandom. What is not normal is when that emotional attachment turns into entitlement, coercion, or boundary violation. And yet, this series repeatedly blurs that line, then congratulates itself for doing so.
Utage Is Not a “True Fan”—She Is a Case Study in Parasocial Entitlement
The show frames Utage as the “ideal fan,” someone whose devotion supposedly transcends reason. But when you actually examine her behavior, what you see isn’t love—it’s control.
She intrudes into Tamon’s personal life without consent
She treats his career as something she has authority over
She frames his success or failure as a personal obligation to her
She issues threats toward agencies under the guise of “support”
This is not standing up for someone.
This is weaponizing affection.
Calling this “moving” or “powerful” is deeply uncomfortable because it mirrors real-world sasaeng behavior almost beat-for-beat. The same rhetoric—“I’m doing this for you”, “You owe this to your fans”, “If you don’t succeed, I’ll act”—is exactly what real idols cite when talking about fear, burnout, and loss of autonomy.
When fiction validates this mindset, it doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It reinforces the idea that idols are public property, not human beings.
The Irony: Tamon Is the Only One Treated Like a Human
What makes this especially bitter is that Tamon himself is portrayed as deeply human—anxious, insecure, tired, and overwhelmed. He doesn’t want to be worshipped. He wants space. He wants peace. He wants to exist without being turned into a symbol for someone else’s emotional needs.
And yet, instead of protecting that humanity, the story repeatedly undermines it by rewarding characters who ignore his boundaries.
If Utage truly cared about Tamon as a person, the narrative would show her:
respecting his autonomy
supporting his choices even when they don’t align with her desires
recognizing that his career and mental health are not hers to manage
But instead, her obsession is reframed as courage. Her intrusion is reframed as loyalty. Her threats are reframed as passion.
That isn’t fandom.
That’s ownership fantasy.

The manager is going through it with these guys. LOL. We have also made a new opponent for ourselves. Ouri is an asshole, at least for now. And, our girl is never going to stop supporting Tamon. Ouri is jealous of Tamon.

They're choosing a new centre for the group, and for that,t they're holding a competition of sorts. Tamon's first attempt was bad. But, there's still hope. Also, Ouri is making moves on Utage, which might make Tamon go all out.

Well, Tamon not only has problems with his own schedules, but with his own people too? And fellow F/ACE member Ouri Sakaguchi is one of them, though Utage reassures that everything would be fine...until they meet coincidentally on the streets. And lo and behold...the relationship between both members is just as bad as he surmised once Utage comes back to Tamon's place for her homemade fan, and what she saw of his abuse to him, riles her up all the more to aid his defense. And so it begins, the rivalry between the two towards their respective treatments of Tamon, in both good and bad ways.

A special show that sees Gloomyhara being replaced as F/ACE's center to pick its new Center lead, Utage surely isn't happy by any prospect, though a surface analysis definitely sees the rivalry between Tamon and Ouri. And as it plays out, it's easy to see "Hottiehara" Ouri being a standout in all ways, though Tamon remains the fans' choice and nobody else, seeing his lack of acting thereof.

But a declaration of war from Hottiehara to change sides if he won the special program? Now that's a challenge...

That was the best episode so far. It was funny, charming, introduced an antagonist, created drama and tension and made Tamon realize something about himself.
This ending song "Hana to Yume" is actually good.

Btw, Utage looks insanely old for a 16 year old. You know what they're trying to do. They're farming these hoes πŸ˜‚
