| A pretty cute and relaxing that combined a journey for a foot bath where the focus was more on the journey itself, and a possible development in Fern and Stark's relationship by her considering accepting his proposal. I was wondering when he would ask her and now it's time to see if anything comes of it. That bit with Frieren throwing a tantrum was also pretty funny. |

| What a nice trip to that hot spring. So nice of Stark, not telling the truth so Fern can enjoy it for the first time. Those views were astonishing. Yo Fern, that’s what you get for being annoying, still, how bold of Fern to directly say “Pay attention to me”, I like that, and then Stark proposing that as a joke, there’s no turning back now. Can we talk about how Frieren was soo happy in the second half of the episode? She was so cute. |
| Good little episode that just flew by. I know there isn't much 'plot' happening in the season so far but the adventuring and memories made (both memorable and even dumb, insignificant ones) are what makes this show, Frieren in my opinion. This one I would say fit in well with the rest of what the franchise offered. The sunset scene at the foot bath spot was really nice there and the tedious journey to get there while looking for a hot spring while underwhelming, still makes the journey fun to tell as a story later on. Wonder how the date is going to turn out with Stark and Fern next episode. Was also interesting seeing Frieren speak about her 'tantrums' that she had in the past and those reactions. Overall, this episode had such side quest/social link energy to it and while in a lot of series I wouldn't care for it much, it works for this series. |

| A great view, a hot spring, and a little date... It was nice seeing more mundane activities for the group. This truly is a ridiculous adventure, but that's the fun of it all. How else would you remember an adventure if you didn't stop and enjoy the scenery? Definitely a very comfy episode, with them exploring another city. It was also great to see Stark asking Fern out on a date, and both of them asking Frieren for advice. Pro tip to both of them though, you never go to Frieren for that kind of life advice. Excited to see the date next time! |

| why didn't they just camp for the night at the springs? you NEVER hike at night in mountainous terrain if you can avoid it! that's how folks get twisted/broken ankles, falls, bumps, bruises, strange nocturnal monster/beast encounters annnd suchforth. Frieren as a mom? not the worst parental unit in history... but she's not winning 'Housewife of the Year' anytime soon. ;> mmkaaay... bawling, screaming, crying, drooling, thrashing, biting pillows and soaking them with drool, not leaving the room... and doing all of this constantly for three days n nights straight?!? holy fukk a duck that is... disturbingly impressive... i wonder what set her off? :D LOL! :D now i wanna hear and see THAT story that led up to her temper-tantrum! |

| As Frieren said "Not worth it.". If we had a full hydra fight would been. I had preferred if they had made Stark digging a hot spring. Reviving the village. Good that Frieren gave practical tips, not places. First half was a memory of place. |

The fact she remembers so many details about fern that heiter told her years ago, then there is heiter the loving father figure of fern knowing so much about her with the time they spent together <3 my heart. Some more beautiful heartwarming moments. Back at the hotel, Fern asking if she had any dating experiencing, my ears literally perked up when she said "Me and himmel went out on a date once" I got so excited for the juicy details and giggling but this elf baba i swear to god "When two people go alone for outing its a date fern" with that smug on her face. Sigh* fern was so me right there "this elf grandma is hopeless" Anyways fern is sleepless with her date tomorrow which is cute. I am excited too. Cant wait for next episode :3 Dont you like feet?😂 You want fan service,they gave you feet servce.Be happy.😂😂 |
Holy Peak episode🤣😭 It was really cute of Frieren too don't ask anything and accept Starks wish to go to mountain onsen. Only to use as bait. This scene.. chefs kiss.  Where Hero of the South blitz in 1 year Himmel was doing things like this... Another couple of "just get married" chapter less go. Honestly I thought Stark was ded when he said that lol. Can't wait for next one to see it happen. And don't dare you call grandma or old hag like a oneesan she will cry😭😭  Her teacher also tought her what's a date🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 So sad that we can't hear Flame's voice🥲 |

| I'm really enjoying the vibe of this season so far. Having the focus of the episodes so far be about the dynamic between Frieren, Fern, and Stark and deepening it is really entertaining to watch. Season 1 did this a little in the beginning but having 28 episodes to get to know the characters individually and the world they're has made the first couple episodes of season 2 a very nice watch. I hope that the rest of the season keeps this feeling while we follow the group more North |
| The lizard fight was well animated but it was a shame that they didn't show how Frieren and Fern killed it as I would've liked to have seen their teamwork. Nonetheless this was still a great episode with Frieren finally getting a nice soaking in a hot springs and Stark 'daring' to ask Fern out for a date; she was so taken aback that she dropped her book and didn't close the door when she left Stark's room lol. |
This episode felt like it had everything I love about the anime packed into it! The heartfelt moments, the sense of adventure, the comedy, the subtle and super cute romance between Fern and Stark, and of course Frieren being the most goofy and adorable elf grandma ever. 10/10 episode 💎     |
