| I'm slightly confused. I know D.C. has been around for some time so I came with decent expectations, but so far it's just a lot of service. Is the D.C. franchise supposed to be deeper than this or is simple harem romance / service the norm? If the latter, I'll probably just move on. |

| I have watched all 4 seasons of Da Capo and personally, I like Nemu, except in Da Capo if (where she turned overly possessive). So, my favorite is probably Da Capo SS or actually the first generation cast. Right now I'm playing the Da Capo VN just finished Sakura's, Mako, and Moe; Doing Nemu next I can sort of blame it on the new studio but the emphasis on the boobs are just too distracting and it's destroying the anime itself because I feel like there's gonna be a harem end or something. Da Capo and boobs bouncing everywhere just doesn't fit, although since this is a completely new season or alternate timeline, this could be invalidated but still, too much excess fan service will be bad for the plot. |

However, Da Capo II was basically a lot like a remake of the original series since ALL the characters had the VERY SAME characteristics as their grandparents did. So having at least a gist of what happened in the first Da Capo would be helpful. BUT, from what I've seen in the episode, its a Whole new set of characters. Even if this series were to have a few similarities with the original series, chances are, their mere coincidences. But who am I to say those things? What's most important is that the characters have now lost their connection to the original characters and are starting fresh. Now that's a sequel. (Actually, the reason I didn't like Da Capo II too much was because they were still connected to the previous characters. I'd enjoyed it more if they started fresh, or Nemu and Juunichi were still the mains but sadly their not.) HAHAHA, I got some new information. It would seem that Da Capo III probably isn't some years after Da Capo II. Its NOT a sequel to Da Capo II. (Probably!) It might be an alternate timeline where Junichi never chose Nemu, and chose Sakura instead. This explains why Yoshiyuki never existed Ah what the heck, here's a spoiler tag Took me awhile but I cleared up all my errors... |

| Hmm, not a bad start but doesn't set the standard very high, and the fan service is annoying enough to make me want to already drop this. I'm pretty sure there's a decent plot in there somewhere coming from DC I & II so I'll hold on to this show. Think I have too high of an expectation cause I'm coming from the VNs. |

I didn't came for the fanservice. It was really distracting... 3.) Nice to see Suginami again with his old VA. 4.) The MC's cousin really looked like Aisia and her name is Yoshino? She is obviously related to Sakura, I wonder how they are related to each other. 5.) The ending... that was really interesting though. You could see all the major things that happened under the tree, but it was drawn too small, all I could recognize was when Junichi found Nemu as a kid and Otome wishing for whathisname to come back. Anywa, it was a good start, I hope it will keep it up. |
| It felt very nostalgic when the scenes are referring back to the first two seasons, especially the ending theme, I missed them so much I already want to cry. Eternal loli Sakura is back, but sad that no Yukarin this season. Eternal Suginami is back, not surprised. |

| BD 1 comes with a lifesized (170x60cm) cloth Lulunee (Charles) poster that has to be seen to be believed OMG! Got mine today... She is wearing the nighty she has on when she gets into bed with Taka kun, only it is more see through. She is wearing bra and pantsu with blue bows... Didn't realise this was the poster mentioned in the LE... |

| Are young people in Japan really that fascinated by student councils and clubs? These activities are usually the least interesting part of an anime for me, and Da Capo III seems to be fucking reveling in it. The first episode opens with a tedious 7-minute scene of some girls talking their heads off about plans to compete against the unofficial newspaper. It was a wall of words that quickly became a blur. The visuals are accented with the occasional close-up of bouncing tits, and other body parts. Later, they—along with the unassuming male lead—go to a cherry blossom tree, make a wish, and then it blooms the next day. I didn't like this start at all, but I'll give it another episode. Maybe it'll get better. |
| Sakura in the end is like "Ah shit, here we go again..." lol Girls look better than ever before and tons of fanservice in the first episode. I might like this better than all the other seasons. |
