I did not read any manga or got any spoilers but honestly this anime seems to be very good, i need to say that the storytelling is kinda normal but also unique to the own story but the animation of the whole episode was epic, it reminds me of the old animations but realistic, aparently as you need to fight and be reincarnated every time being a hero can quite be an really horrible job in this storyline.

Xylo is also not like the normal generic protagonists in those new anime of 2025/2026 which makes the story unique but god-like plot is way too simple besides everything i liked it very much.

at first i Thought the Pink haired guy was gonna be the mc, Turns out it wasn't. It kind of bummed me out at the beginning and made me not Like it as much(i know, i know,) But It turns out this anime is one of the best anime's coming out in 2026 as of now. The chars the Voice acting the music all of it is amazing. Trust me, if you haven't watched it yet or planned on. Watch it soon

Great intro to the world and full of good action scenes, peppered with bits of character building for the protagonist. Hopefully the rest of the series is only up from here.

Loved the episode and respected the fact that it felt like a whole arc. There was nothing held back from being explained and the episode ended almost as if there was nothing to expect from episode 2 because it had everything the viewer wanted to know from the first episode.

The first episode of 58 minutes, so bold and cool. It was dense, it introduced a bunch of stuff, the heroes, the holy knights, the demon lords, the plague, the goddesses, the order of this world. I think all that makes this world interesting and outstanding from other fantasy worlds. The animation was peak and clean. I have high hopes for this anime; the characters are fun and Teoritta is cute. Good designs and story, hope it progresses well.

It’s quite twisted that heroes are treated so horribly while they’re literally saving the knights every single time. The double standards are something else.

I enjoy Xylo’s fighting style and his honorability. Since he was a knight previously, it’s clear that he puts people’s lives above everything else, and Teoritta seems to appreciate this about him. That was a wonderful first episode!!

In all honesty I put this on as just a background anime to just watch as I cleaned my room, but I found it much more interesting than I thought.
In spite of being based on many old cliches, the premise is actually quite intriguing. The idea of a hero system being a punishment for criminals is a nice breath of fresh air in the middle of all of the isekaid hero slop that has been filling our feeds. I do slightly worry how this story will handle the world-building as I have been burned by many interesting but not really thought out world systems like this before, but for now I'm optimistic. Also, the pacing is a little whack, but unless it turns egregious I honestly don't care.

The animation was pretty smooth and pleasing to look at, especially in the opening sequence. If I had one little nitpick it would be that the 3D models of the monsters are a little too... Jiggly for my taste? I don't know how to describe it. They just look too much like 3D models, lol.
The character design is good, if a little basic. Nothing really stands out either way. I am a bit cautious about the design of the godesses, with them looking so young and all, but like with everything else, I am cautiously optimistic.

The dub is also really good. I will be watching more.
