| Just a topic to discuss what you thought overall of the manga. Here I go: Drawings/art: Amazing, beautiful, incomprehensible! The level of detail in this manga is the most I have ever seen. The amount of time it must have taken to draw a single page must have been huge. I can only dream of drawing that well. This aspect alone was enough for me to read through the whole thing. Story: Confusing. It takes a lot of thought to figure out what exactly is going on, and I still don't really understand very much. If someone wants to explain it on another topic that would be great. Perhaps the author wanted us to fill in the gaps ourselves with our imaginations. |
| Drawings/art: Top notch, state of the art, profounding, and defiantly incomprehensible! This is enough for a learning artist like me to read this manga no doubt. Heavily Cyberpunk elements from Industrial to Dystopic Hi-Tech Cities Story: Confusing seems the right word for it. Its simply not your everyday manga that you read about some dude going on an adventure and bumping into 1001 bad guys trying to foil his whatsoever plans and which none of them are gonna succeed. BLAME! is much more complicated and takes probally serveral reads to fully understand what the artist is trying to express Tsutomu Nihei is probably my favorite manga artist follow by Yukito Kishiro |
| im already really attached to Tsutomu Nihei even though iv only read BLAME , i need to get his other work. Anyone here read his Wolverine Snkit comic book? i got it and its pretty cool , kinda lacks in length but it was still awesome to see Tsutomu Nihei do a Marvel related title. |
