| Red AE86. Pantyhose as a belt? Is this the titular tuner from hell? No its used derogatorily. So the tuner from hell built the Devil Z and other uncontrollable machines. |

| An AE86 and touge roads, if those aren't references to Initial D, I don't know what are. So we are finally introduced to the mechanic and CREATOR of the Devil Z, with a fitting title of Mechanic from hell. Damn this guy tune his cars to the point of them being hard to control and thus lost his business, but if only the drag-race scene in Japan during those time was as popular as any other form of street racings. He would be making $$$ Because his cars are perfect for the dragstrip. |
