| Lol, Eichi falling for a 10-year-old. I'm a bit disappointed that her death can be prevented by the one she loves. Still hasn't appeared, but I am not too fond of Eichi. |

| Is this even aimed at kids? I went into this expecting something closer to Precure or Cardcaptor Sakura, but this is honestly seeming like an anime testing the waters for a more “mature” route before Madoka. The main character being on the verge of death in ep 1, the boob jokes, the rather thinly clad shinigami - This really feels like it was targeted more towards tweens/teens as opposed to little girls like with most Mahou Shoujo series. Don’t get me wrong, I’m really enjoying it so far, but it’s just interesting to see how even pre-Madoka magical girl shows were pushing to boundaries for what was “dark” in this genre. |
