What are your favourite Engrish one-liners? List what anime they're from, which characters say it, quotes, etc. We should be able to come up with some pretty funny ones. I'll start us off. ^-^

My favourites are in Black Lagoon. I think it's episodes 19-24 that have all the Engrish one-liners. When they first started speaking Engrish I couldn't stop laughing. My favourites are when Balalaika keeps telling the Yakuza guys that their weapons are "Absorutery atrocious." and Revy is just speaking Engrish through most of the episodes at the end, my favourites of which are when she tells the blonde guy in the hotel (forgot his name) "I don'ta speak no stinkinga Japanese. Speak Engrish." when he replies and says Roanapur has "more badassmaddafackaz dan a supermax preesan" XD (not sure what he says exactly, but supermax is what it sounds like to me) and later in the park where she says to the kids "Your mammy's waiting for you, now go home, you kids." and those are just a few of my favourite Engrish one-liners in Black Lagoon.

Another anime I'll mention is Fate/Stay Night. How cool is Archer's Engrish? His last lines are fantastic!! "I am da bone of my sword (sounds like soul though). Steel (sounds like still) is my body (sounds like baddy) and fire is my blood (to say that has an L, he pronounced it pretty well!!). I have cre...ATED, overathousand blades!! Unknown (sounds like a known XD) to death... nor (sounds like not) known to life (again, to say it has an L, he pronounces it well). <Japanese incantation>" and then later on "Have... wiffstood pain... to create... manyweapons!! Yet... those (which I'd have SWORN was BOTH and not THOSE if not for the subtitles) handsss... will neverhold... anything!! So... as I pray... Un, LIMITED... bladeWORKS!!" haha amazing Engrish.

I've seen other Engrish but those are two favourites that spring to mind. Any others? =]

EDIT: I now have my own club, entitled "The Engrish Club" for all the Engrish fans out there, if anyone is interested. We have 77 members and it's only the third day!! Join now and get a special discount. XD

Hell Yes. Lucky Star is really awesome - Don't be put off by the first 4 episodes because they were done by a n33bish new director, Although they have lulz. Just not as many as what it has later on in the series.

The cast is wide and all has great personalities - In which EVERYONE can relate to, There is no question. Some of the things are really to close to home. The main character Konata (Voiced by Aya Hirano <3) Is a kick ass Otaku and really shows what it is like to be one. :P The animation is spectacular because it was done by the great KyoAni whom done The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, FMP! Fumoffu & TSR and the Key adaptations.

Basically YES!!! Watch it

If I haven't persuaded you, Here are another 48 Reasons why it owns as done by 0rion and Guff from EPIC WIN

Ok then. It's decided. I'll check it out. Not sure when I'll get the chance but I'll at it to my "Plan to Watch" list.

I noticed in your list in the top 5 anime topic you named Beck as one of your favourites. I saw a clip on youtube of that and there was some pretty kickass Engrish in there, too. So I added that to my list also. XD

Excel Saga produces some great Engrish - Excels introduction to a tough New York street gang goes roughly along the lines of 'Hello! Merry Christmas! I am Excel! you are dog?'

It doesnt break the ice :-(

Haha, well my favourites are Revy in the last arc of Black Lagoon, I really LOL'd at all that swearing XD and Tomo in Azumanga Daioh with her " iieeiii! " ( or however you spell it. . . -_-'' ) and various other strange, random semi-engrish sayings. :P

Haha Black Lagoon Engrish is awesome.

Strawberrymilk and I just finished watching Code Geass and they use quite a lot of Engrish in that. One quote that springs to mind is "Yes, my lord." haha it sounds like "Yesh, my RODO!!" XD
