| Maybe sometimes you watch some series and think to yourself ''why only 5000 people have watched this''.Well this is time to mention these series.Don't mention series that people had already mention. My pick is: Space Battleship Yamato 2199 - Last year Remake of space opera classic that was coming out as a OVA for 2 year(it has 26 ep).It exceeded the original in every way possible.It has OVA budget animation,action,romance,suspense,brilliant storytelling,great characterization,epic filling and moments in pretty much every episode to left your jowl hanging.It's main ''problem'' are characters(and script itself) that are dealt in that way that it would be totally possible to take script for this show and without any changes make a live-action version of it.The point is,there are not any anime stereotypes (at least not from this decade) that average anime viewer could associate with.That and OVA format is,in my opinion reason why very little people have watched it. But God forbid me to think that this and Shinsekai Yori are the best titles of past year instead of Attack On Titan... |
