The title pretty much explains everything.

My picks are:

Blame! - post-apocalyptic/cyberpunk seinen monster with godly action, mysticism and brilliant artwork. It often has little to no words but it doesn't need to.And it has adaptation but it's ONA and shows pretty much nothing.

Vinland Saga - historical seinen about goddamn Vikings. It has artwork, storytelling, suspece, characters and their development on paralel with Berserk. It's my favorite manga

Ah, I've heard about Blame! before. Sounds very interesting.

Tbh, I don't think I'd want to see a Vinland Saga anime, since the art looks so damn good (haven't read it yet). It's the same with Vagabond, I Am a Hero, etc. since all of the detail and awesomness is lost.
If they could do an anime with such a high level of art I'd definately want it, but that sounds nearly impossible lol.
I'd actually prefer a live adaptation tbh, but those usually have small budgets and end up being not so good.

My picks would be:

Eden: It's an Endless World - How our world might be in the future. Cyborgs, advanced tech and yet you still see that it's the same world with the poverty, violence and corrupt governments. It's so much more interesting and there's lots of action too with a damnn awesome ending.

Holyland - Street fighting, martial arts while subjects like drug abuse and bullying are also touched on there. Lots of psychological stuff.

Both try to be very realistic and have explanations for anything unfamiliar. For example in Eden he goes into the science behind things that are happening there, while at Holyland he explains the techniques being used.
