| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Finally, it's back to the Magic Games again. It felt a bit slow but the built up was made well especially since Kagura is going to be a prominent character in this part. Ah Juvia got into some fighting as well and misunderstandings. I face palmed. It was great seeing Kagura vs Erza. Minerva's presence was expected imo so it turns into a triple threat now. I think the episode did itself well though. The OST was awesome in the latter half. I don't like Minerva much but she's fucking strong. Looks like she had to resort to a dirty tactic though. And welp, the girl under the hood is revealed. HI LUCY or maybe I should say Better pacing this week overall imo. |

| Mavis crying over her miscalculation was really cute! The second eclipse project, I wonder what outcome on the Grand Magic Games is all about. I wanted the sword fight only but the three way way was pretty good too! Minerva's battle gods magic completely made Kagura and Erza on defence. Rufus's trust on her! After seeing Lucy at the end... I am really interested on Carla's vision and the future!!! |

| Dang. When i thought things were gonna go down it was really just more build up. Wonder what future lucy wants Natsu and the others to do. Minerva is crazy strong, and her magic is interesting. Hopefully we will see more of it. Next week looks like a crazy and emotional showdown between Kagura and Erza. Can't wait! |

| Erza's fight was way too cool. It's the best one for me so far. Has anyone else noticed that evergreen wasn't wearing any lipstick for once. She looked so different. I don't know, maybe I'm late in noticing this. That lucy revelation was way better here than in the manga. My eyes were still like this, O-O, even though I already knew who it was going to be. |

blfan said: And we see future Lucy for the first time, I have to take issues with the transalation here, Funimation and Crunchyroll both the samething that will really is going to contradict what happens later on, Hisui said "she came from the future", while Hisui is suppose to keep the gender from the person from the future that she spoke to a mystery. In the offical english translation in the manga she said "I was told my friend came from the future". I am sure it is just the english translation, whoever translated this really messed up. Besides that awesome episode. Well, it's more to language issue it seems. While japanese language have a bunch of variation words for pointing out a person like aitsu, anokata, anoyatsu, dll. English only have "that person". Maybe they decided it's too complicated for the text itself, so they ended up makes a mistake. I think it's still fine, though. |

| Ohhh man it's about to go down! Erza vs Kagura vs Minerva!! The 3 way showdown! She had to resort to dirty methods though. She pissed off both Kagura and Erza which is a huge no no. Freaking future lucy showing up was cool! It is definitely about to get interesting from here on out! It took a bit but now we are getting to the good stuff! Next episode Erza vs Kagura! Should be a fantastic fight! I wonder if we are going to see Erza's new armor that I read about? That would be cool if it made an appearance! |

| Even if I am beyond disappointed with some things that will happen in this story arc(since the rest of this arc is a mix of REALLY AWESOME stuff and REALLY DISAPPOINTING bs), this is still exciting. The fact that anime continues to have a very nice parallels to what is happening in the manga now is also awesome. |

| So chuffed that it's back to the magic games, Lucy revealing herself (lol) was pretty decent this 3 way cat fight between erza kagura and Minerva is gonna be good Still, 8 minutes at the start was wasted tbh, nevertheless it really has picked up |

| had my doubts about the anime at first but now it's all making sense. especially enjoyed the triple treat match even though the fighting kinda reminded me of dbz. (multiple limbs moving faster than the eyes can see) but that's cuz they didn't have the budget to make it fluid. you got to love the minerva nuke, it was super overkill and that's just a regular technique. seems erza's about to spill the beans next week, and someone needs some anger management classes. |

| The new FT character style and animation is a piece of shit... The characters head, ahhh no comment. Long as one is talking, the other one doesn't move. WTF??? o.O The F. Lucy scene copy paste??? Why??? I waited so long for this scene, but they screwed up. Mishima-sensei! Why do you let to do this????? :'( The first FT anime so much better than this....!!!! Sorry my english and my rage mod but I'm very disappointed. I'm interested a few Japan review! |

| I read the manga so, yeah. The three strongest women finally engaged in combat! It looks awesome in the anime! The first master was cute when she cried. Waiting for the fight of Laxus. |

| This episode was so much better that the few previous ones. Mavis crying was sooo cute!!And so was Juvia fighting with Chelia.And that triple threat, was definitely excited about that! I had the impression that the cloak person was Lucy, but I didn't expect to be right about that. Really curious about that result Hisui mentioned, can't wait for the next episode! |

I don't know about Kagura, as she looked pretty pissed too, but showing that you're hurting a friend of a Fairy Tail member is a sure way to get beat up pretty bad. She could just as well release Millianna and declare her loss, so we could get more Erza vs Kagura goodness, with actual arm movement instead of random limbs etc. |

And that minister already know that Hisui purposely involved FT sothey can save Arcadios, it is just a matter of deduction, unless you deemed that minister is an idiot while he is not. |
| The fight between Erza, Minerva, and Kagura looks quite promising, I'm definitely looking forwrd to it. I'm also interested to find out about the Eclipse Project and time traveling Lucy. |
